Absolutely terrible soundproofing - due to the floor made of stone, thin doors with gaps you will hear every single sound your neighbours make; On top of that, there was loud work (some engineering interior things were fixed) that started at about 8am right next to my room, so the relaxed stay was completely ruined. The hotel should not have sold the rooms or at least offered it half price.

There was no heat in the room. The air conditioning was on in December! It was freezing, called the front desk waited for a long time - staff said they would be right there- finally got dressed went down to the lobby and a staff member came to the room and messed with the controls to finally get the AC off and brought in 2 noisy heaters and set the temperature to 30*C. Parking we were told it was included, but their lot was full so we had to pay for parking in the community lot, granted it was in front of the hotel if you could find a spot.

The room is too moist. Two big window, only one with old fashion window radiator heating and boiler is off during night time. We see black molds on both windows Lucky just for one night

The room was small and noisy. When we first entered the room there was a very penetrend smell of chloride from the bathroom.

Getting what was advertised and what we supposedly paid for. Coffee machine didn't work, no kettle therefore no hot drinks. Didn't get fixed when asked for so some of the premium services we paid for we were unable to access / use Special room not special with a view out over the back roof. Change of rooms got a view, at street level

The hotel needs serous renovations. The room had a broken window, broken tv. The curtains were filthy and damaged. Only the main surfaces of the room were cleaned, the rest was dusty and looked liked it was not cleaned in years. The inside walls are not insulated and there is a lot of noise coming from the other rooms and corridor. There was quite some noise till 4AM coming from the square in front of the hotel.

The bedroom a bit smaller than I expected for 2 persons not leaving much extra room and the bathroom was also not too big but ok for a short stay.

Location was really nice and practical being in the center, staff was friendly. Breakfast was also nice.

In a good location easy to reach nice seating area out front overlooking a square and greenery. Room was love and modern . Loved the shower great water pressure. Breakfast was excellent great choice and quality.

Bed linen and towels worn and with holes in, very tiny shower (anyone over 180 cm and more than 100 kg simply will not fit in), facilities are worn out, flocks of dust fell out of the bathroom ceiling vent, hotel is basically used by bus tour groups in the 60+ age category and crammed full

No aircon in the room so too hot. Shower over bath had poor water pressure and corner of bath prevented us from being able to stand under. We were not told about the swimming pool not being available due to refurbishment. Pizza box in staircase. Room was very noisy due to being above entrance and bar area.

Location is great. Reception refurbishment is good. Room is a good size.

the cleaning staff make such a noise in the morning that I felt forcefully woken up. they don’t offer lunch on the premises so you have to go out for lunch, not really stay and enjoy the hotel. the bed is mid. all twin beds combined which I don’t like as a solo traveler.

It’s close to some shops and restaurants and everything that is worth seeing in the area including the Forrest, castle ruins etc. I like that it was affordable. it’s pretty in the lobby. it’s a decent stay. it’s a no frills stay. some pretty things but it’s a value for money & convenience stay which works!

The property is very noisy: you can hear your neighbours flushing their toilets and in the room you can hear everything on the hallway - even someone who just walks by. Beds were uncomfortable with small sheets. You have to shower in the bath which is very inconvenient because the whole bathroom gets wet. The room was really small, much than expected when comparing with the pictures. Furthermore there is no parking place, you have to park in the public parking space in the city. Note: if you are coming here for (road race) cycling and want to bring your bike to your room be prepared for small hallways, a not suitable elevator and almost no space in the room to put your bike.

The location was really good, in the middle of the city Center. Staff at the reception and bar were very friendly.
