We and many others could not get into the garage and got directed a night before the PSV game for extra money to Qpark even though they had many empty spaces labeled as “hotel” empty. When we asked about it their response was less than convincing.

Good location, spacious room with great bathroom with separate toilet. It was very clean, but there was some markings next to bed from previous renovation. The breakfast was pricy as hell, but good at least.

with the room already being cleaned, they could have accommodated a slightly earlier check in, especially considering that our flight was early that morning so we waited around a bit. I think a bit more customer service can help!

I didn't like that I could not have a meal at lunch or dinner time at the restaurant, I was told they only catered for groups. The lighting in the room and bathroom was not bright enough for makeup application. The sofa in the room needed some repairs, it was unstable and torn/had seems broken. TV had no English Channels!

It was spacious, the bed and pillows were super comfortable. I had the option of either having a bath or a shower. Staff responded to my request for flip flops

There was a humming noise from a motor or pump in our room. It was a bit irritating at first until we got used to it. I didn't inform the hotel simply because we had a short stay. I think this issue can be easily resolved by some better sound insulation.

Excellent room and excellent service. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the train station.

The room I received was not 4 stars, it was dark and tiring for the eyes because of the black wall, when booking I requested a room with 2 beds and I received 1 large bed. The room does not have a closet, it has a bar with hangers right above the lamp. The device for regulating the temperature in the room does not work. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired

Some refreshments, at least some water, in the room would have been nice to have. Most of the served food was good quality but not much variety. Some things could have also been better. I saw the personel unpacking in front of guests some long shelf life little muffins out of a cartoon box.

Very good location. Confortabil bed, clean and very spacious room but no refreshments in the room ( maybe just a miss), nice and helpful staff. The way from the reception to our room was quite a maiz, literally. The breakfast was good, but i was expecting more variety and sofistication - 4 star hotel. The nice thing was that breakfast was served till 12:00 with the occasion of Easter days, and also fun for kids searching for Easter chocolate eggs!

The lovely bed and bathroom combined with the kind and helpful staff and ofcourse the location in the center near the Beautiful Lighttower. The room I got was not complete so after my complaint I got another room without any problem. That was really kind.

No water in rooms? I have never been to a 4* hotel where no water is provided. But to make it worse when I asked for some water from the bar to take up, they filled a bottle from the tap and charged for it! No Handwash in rooms, and no basics like shower cap. I found small things like that very strange to be honest! They have no English breakfast tea anywhere in the hotel - also strange to me, never been anywhere in the world and not found some! Rooms are very dark. If it wasn’t for the hot tub in our room I would have been very disappointed to have spent that amount of money as I don’t feel this is up to 4* standard. They were not a very flexible hotel, waited at the bar at 11.50pm to get a drink, bar tender was absent to I went to reception and they said the bar closed at 12. It was 12.02 and they would not provide a drink to take up to the room, even when I explained I had been stood there for 10 mins waiting. I’m used to much better service in hotels.

Parking could be challenging, as they have few spots available. Is all about luck to find a parking spot at the hotel garage. We arrived after 5pm and had to park across the street. Add to that the public parking system wasn't working well and double charged us.

Great location and a good clean room, that's a great combo in Eindhoven. The best breakfast in the city, everything fresh and ellegant. The front desk staff is friendly.

Safe battery was depleted and staff told Us they would replace the batteries but didn’t do so. Also quite noisy in room above our room on one of the nights. It was continuous walking across the floor in high heels !!
