The way the old carpet factory had been preserved, retaining the architectural features while converting it to a modern hotel. Comfortable. Good public areas. Food in the restaurant was outstanding.

Nothing to dislike here! If at all, it was the wait time at the front desk while someone came to attend to you. There is a bell you can ring for service at the front desk as well.

The Bergoss rooms are very modern, clean, and designed well. The twin beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. I did not have breakfast. I also noticed the staff are multitasking which sometimes leads to a small wait time at the front desk. Overall, this is the only hotel I stay at when in Oss due to the convenience of its location to both the city center and train station, both within walking distance.

You need to get up stairs. Not too bad but an elevator would have been a plus. Lights and shades are not intuitive to operate.

Great rooms, lovely design. But... some architect decided I would like a room that is mostly dark, please kick the architect in the pants. Pity, great location, but next time I choose for the Fletcher Hotel a little but further from the centre.

Staff were great. But the Hotel is clearly short of customers = not many staff. Nice place, feels like it is going backwards, not forwards = stasis. If I was the owner, I would make a plan to go 'forwards', it has everything you need.

The location in Oss is excellent (it is one of the very few hotels in town). The rooms was also very comfortable.

The only thing I could perhaps recommend would be some form of vending machine in the facility, since there are very few shops open in this city after 10pm in the direct vicinity.

Great hotel! Never encountered any smell and the rooms are spacious, and it's very close to the main train/bus station. The staff has been beyond excellent, what prompted me to leave this review was one of the night staff being more than accommodating during my most recent stays. The online check-in also makes things very easy on arrival.

We highly appreciated that the owner of the hotel decided to "take under his wing" the combination of a hotel with the zorg of the needed in Oss. Having the two under one roof was an amazing experience and the privacy of the residents and the privacy of the hotel guests was well respected and appraised. The staff at the reception and at the breakfast were very hospitable and professional. Our room was amazing and we loved the air-conditioning. Having the availability to park in the hotel garage and store our bicycles in the inner garden was also a big bonus. We highly recommend this hotel and we will sure come back again. Thank you. The hotel is now a Care Home with only a few Hotel rooms. No lift. The breakfast was very poor value.
