The room is small, but for such price，it's accessible.

Staff is super friendly. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and dune. The public is 200 meter away from the hotel. Very easy.

Room on the smaller side - which was absolutely fine. First night had a stain on my sheets but raised it with staff and it was quickly amended the next day!

Lovely location quick walk from the main centre of Zandvoort. About 15mins from the train station so accessible for the central of Amsterdam. Round the corner from a supermarket/general store.

Not the most comfortable, bed was a little small for two people and the room itself is set up in a very tight manner. Also there was only a bathroom sink which the kettle did not fit under at all.

the beds were a bit uncomfortable, there was only sliding door to the bathroom, there was no window to open, only big window which served as the main entrance so it couldn't be opened during the night

Stayed in the hotel during the F1. They had the best price available and are in the city centre. It's a bit outdated, but for a night stay and given the price, it was OK!

Could improve bathroom, no hooks to hang up wet towels, some areas needed painting and freshning up, maybe cups or mugs with tea/coffee facilities and not paper cups

The mattress was not very comfortable, it was very hard and I could feel all the springs in my back. Shower curtain also had some stains on it.

The property is located very close to the city center and the beach, the staff is very friendly. The room was small, but cozy, clean and with all what is needed for a short stay.

Annoying step down from bathroom to bedroom. Also annoyed by Cookies ( probably due to Booking.com) hampering me trying to fill in this form .

If you book a single room for 1p, you'll get a very tiny room in the top of the building. To reach it you must climb a very steep stairs. Be careful if you have heavy luggage! The room contains no separate bathroom. There is a toilet and shower, but you can stare to it from you bed. Room is clean, bed comfortable

The location of hotel is excellent, 12 minutes walk from the railway station. We arrived to see the tulips of Keukenhof and got there by train until Haarlem and by bus nr 50. I can recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a good accommodation for a budget price.

You could hear other guests using the water which was quite loud in our room. No a/c so can imagine it's a hot room during the summer.

Value for money, small but comfy room, great location to town centre and secure parking 2 minutes walk away, friendly helpful staff.

bathroom-after shower whole bathroom floor was in water and there was nothing like water scoop so we could use . also smell from bathroom wasn’t nice when we enter a room . we really miss also blackout curtains in the room .
