We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBathroom was strange. Shower needed to be adjusted from outside the shower cabin. The room was also rather cold and close to a bridge where there was a lot of traffic. Restaurant service wasn't great, Reception desk on day 1 (Dutch) wasn't great.
Bed was comfy. Restaurant food was pretty good. Reception desk (non-Dutch) on day 2 was nice.

United Statesbe clear: the rooms are HOT in summer on warm days. and the provided “fan” was horrible. that’s not the fault of the staff tho, but if you’re warm natured like me be ready. also wasn’t given a parking token when leaving, which i didn’t know i needed, so left car at gate and had to come inside to get it. pretty silly she didn’t give me one or mention it at checkout.

United KingdomThey have a small guest car park - which was full by the time we got there - so we had to pay to park a short walk away. This was not a huge problem though, and would not deter us from staying again.
The hotel is in a great location - the view from our room was super - affording us a view of all the tall mast ships coming and going - very pleasant - big widows - and bright and airy. The large double bed was very comfy and all the linen was crisp and clean - the bathroom was very good - overall - we enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again if ever we go back to Harlingen.

NetherlandsThe bathroom of this room is very outdated and in much need of renovation just as done to most other rooms. Also due to the oriantation of the room, the room gets very hot due to the sun on the window. An additional AC unit would be a very good addition to this room and similar orientated rooms.
Rooms are always ok. Clean and comfortable and in case of room 123, a nice view over the harbor.
