We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

very friendly, helpful staff. large room (nice to get to spread out for a change). the BBQ chicken pizza was excellent--it was the staff recommendation. liked having two restaurants on the property. breakfast selection was excellent. The room was also very quiet, and could not hear the machine moving rocks outside the window.

In the evening, a young girl told me that there is such a problem, and in the morning I can count on a discount, because services are not provided in full. In the morning, when I come for check-out, another woman said that the Internet was working properly, and there would be no any discount. At the same time, she behaved extremely impolitely towards me, as a client, that pays them money. At my suggestion, we went to the room twice, but she failed to demonstrate the operation of the Internet. At the same time, she continued to assert that it working, and we just needed to go out into the corridor, where he also did not work. In response to my disagreement with the lies in my face on her part, she decided to call the police. The Norwegian police were polite, but they went by checking my documents, not the Internet. I highly do not recommend this hotel, the city of Batstfjord is not bad, but it has other hotels, as well as beautiful shelters in nature.
