We had a very spacious and comfortable comfortable room with a balcony on the third floor. They send us a code for the front door and for our apartment. Everything went really wel. We loved our stay and would like to come back some day. Also booked a parking spot in front of the accommodation. The contact went very well.

There could have been a few coffee pods for the machine as we had to look up the type and find some at a store. Some milk also would have been an inexpensive touch.

There was a key code on the door, but it was not very intuitive. We did not get the code until we asked on-line.

Coffee beans on 3rd floor are very very old... need to replace them; nice machine but coffee is only as good as the beans are not old.

Free laundry was incredibly nice! Very clean and comfortable.

The directions to basic stuff like the wifi were all wrong and the staff was not really helpful, had to figure it out myself. The double bed felt quite a small one and getting in the apartment proves tricky as we got given the wrong code and were rescued by the cleaning staff walking by.

The apartment is quite small but overall is comfortable, with a nice bathroom and shower.

It would be a good idea to have some basic kitchen supplies available. The kitchen is very well equipped, but it is impractical to have to buy e.g. spices when we are travelling for just a couple of nights.

Check in and check out process was very smooth, we have received door codes in a good time.

Kitchen is properly equipped, but why don’t provide the basic such as olive oil, salt and pepper ????? ( I had never stayed in an appartement hôtel without such basic thing provided, you can not expect every client coming with 1L olive oil and goes back with remaining 900ml packed in the luggage , especially complicated for flight) Bed is too soft ( seems we are not the only customer group has such issue ) You have sensor coffee machine, would be nice to offer a few welcome capsules non ?

The pin code entry system is a bit fiddly - having to input a 6 digit pin on a tiny keypad every time you enter and leave. Also had a bit of a communication failure - asked to extend my stay at Friday lunchtime, bit didn't get any response until after I was checking out on Monday morning

We hoped for nice views, but you could not see the water and we were looking towards construction works and parked cars. Even worse was that all window were to the floor and you felt open to everybody. We had to close the thick curtains for most part to have some sense of privacy, but then you had almost no day light.

Modern comfortable apartment. Not very big, but with clever layout which has everything you need including comfortable beds. Laundry facilities are in a shared facility in the building. The parking is close to the building. It costed an extra 80NOK extra a day to be paid separately but that is quite cheap compared to an other appartement we stayed in Stavanger where you payed much more as you had to park in a public parking garage.

Kitchen is under equipped for a visiting family. No socket available on countertop for the kettle. Light switches are poorly positioned. Kitchen tap requires maintenance. No recycling facilities.

Property was spacious, clean and warm with very comfortable beds. Proximity to public transport.

the TV itself is very old and small and the choice of channels is poor. It should at least include some basic English news channels like the BBC. It's not easy to find by foot as google maps got it wrong. you can only access the building by going behind the petrol station (which is left and below the appartment building) and take the road up.

studio is very quiet, with really efficient sound-proof glasses. Bed is very confortable. bathroom is nice although there is no curtain for the shower so you will quickly wet the entire floor. At least the shower is big.

Waiting for the access codes until about 3 hours prior to arrival. This caused anxiety on my part. Telephoning the hotel numbers continuously with no reply to ask about access codes

although out of town by a 25 minute walk it suited me. Close to the Stavanger Forum and the town centre. Local supermarket and takeaways were convenient

There couldve been some more closets. And we were not informed of the roadwork across. The room could've done with more temperature control, it was very hot at night.

Getting there was not a problem. It took us some time to locate the property. It was our first time in Stavanger and had to get our bearings.

It was a great stay. The apartment was very functional. It had everything you may need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. Internet was provided via a dedicated modem which we loved! We had a nice view of the lake.

There aren't many kitchen utensils, which is a shame. We made it work by being creative, but another spatula and tongs would have been great.

Ground floor. Directly opposite parking lot. Relatively dark as other windows facing wall (and in any case not possible to not have blinds down). As described elsewhere, electricity set-up with lights a real joke (plus, one light did not work at all). Also, as described elsewhere, difficult to find if you just het the wrong address (even though I had read description about gas station and Chinese take-away).
