The hotel is essentially self service though they might be someone on the desk when you walk in but don't count on it. However you are connected to a restaurant so you might get help there. The room had a non existent view on to a roof and fire escape

The location in Trondheim for me was fine. It was raining heavily when I came from the station so a short distance was good. However the hotel is in an area with several pubs all that had staff outside monitoring customers so it may not be suitable for everyone.

No main light - room was lit only with lamps - two lamps didn't work at all. The button from one of the lamps above the bed was broken so you had to reach into a little gap to turn it on which doesn't seem so safe and the second part of that lamp was not attached properly and hanging down.

Location was great. Easy to understand how to access the room. Reception staff was friendly when needed.

Erm, the light switch for the bathroom was in an odd place? It's a budget hotel, UK Travelodge standard - that was what we were expecting and that is what we got, so nothing really not to like.

Good location in city centre a short walk from the train station. Access to hotel is by a pass code that is texted to you. This system worked fine for us without problem. Loads of places to eat nearby including Jimi's which is not bad in same building. Our room was on Floor 6 and didn't face the street, no noise problems at all. Able to leave bags at the other, staffed City Living hotel a few blocks away before we left town. Nice to have a kettle and a fridge in the room.

The hotel is located in a party area, so you're going to hear noises from outside if you have your windows open. Even with the windows closed, if you're on the street side, you'll still hear the accordeon-playing guy playing deep into the night on Friday and Saturday.

Check-in was very easy, we got 3 out of 4 room codes very early. We called for the fourth and promptly got that one too. The rooms have a lot of space.

I think it should have been stated clearer that there is no physical reception. I did not expect it to be such a self sustaining hotel. Also, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of room cleanup and the floor seemed dirty.

I liked the facilities, especially the washing machine. And the bed and bathroom were very comfortable.

The room was not cleaned. It was supposed to be cleaned once per week, but I was there from Thursday to Wednesday and it was never cleaned. And when my trash was taken away I didn’t get a new trash bag, and there was no handsoap. Plus there were extra matrasses on my bed which were moving easily, it was not stable enough.

The room was big and clean when I arrived. The location was great, I could reach everything easily. The automated checkin and checkout door opening with the code was easy. The staff was helpful.
