The basement parking entry was too tight for large cars hence we parked in the Tromso tunnel parking nearby. But of an hassle if you have some luggage.

The property was large & with nice large windows with corner street view.

Very helpful staff saw through the booking that we was traveling with an infant, and asked us if we wanted a crib. This was very good, but they didn't inform us about the extra 100 nok per night charge for this. Poor communication is probably a contribution factor to this. It would be nice to know beforehand a extra charge before check-in.

The rooms furniture doesn‘t match the pictures online, it seems older and more used up. The dishwasher in our room wasn‘t really clean, but otherwise the cleanliness of the room was good. It‘s really difficult to close the window once opened. However, the staff was really friendly when we voiced these issues and tried to help.

Great location. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room has enough space and is well equipped (although the equipment is in parts rather old). The corner rooms of the hotel offer a nice view on the mountains and sea.

An excellent location in the heart of the city and very close to the airport shuttle. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and we found the well-equipped kitchenette quite useful.

Comfortable room with a small kitchen near the center of Tromso. Really friendly and helpful staff at the reception, always smiling and happy to provide advices and tips on the area. The room and the facilities were clean. We appreciated the Possibility to use washing machines in the basement.

The bed was small

Location was excellent, and we had an incredible view of the mountain from our apartment’s living room. On multiple evenings we also saw the northern lights directly from our window. Hotel staff was always very friendly and helpful.

We were upgraded to the top room at the top floor of the building so it was really nice. Staff was helpful and the kitchen was really well equipped. It is essential to be able to do some cooking as the food in the city is really expensive. There are supermarkets available, just note on Sunday there’s only one nearby one unless you drive. The location is nearby all the meeting points of the tours we booked, just note that you have to still go a bit earlier to navigate through the cold and find the meeting point.

The floors could be cleaner, slight debris in several areas. Would like to have had even a small box of facial tissues and wash cloths. There was no visual appeal to the room. Liked the idea of the throw pillows on the sofa & bed, but the colour of the throw pillows and curtains were giving 😧 instead of 😌. Wallpaper on a focal wall and brighter colored furniture would do wonders.

The two ladies at the reception desk were friendly & helpful, thank you ladies! Location, kitchen, needed a place that slept three guests. Loved all the extra items in the basement…extra linens, auto dish pods, free clothes wash and dry machines, laundry soap, etc.
