Is an old property, the wc in the second floor is not working so you have to add water manually. In general doesn’t seem as a clean house

The vibe of this hostel was really nice. The people were really comfy and they help me with some issues that I had. Burger is other must in this hotel, the love is around him :)

Kitchen is too small and always crowded at dinner time, Only 2 toilets for all guests, so may have to wait in busy hours The common area is just next to the room, so sometimes people talk really late and you are not able to sleep.

Completely new to traveling solo & staying in hostels, I was a little nervous, but everyone (staff & travelers) were so friendly. Had the most amazing time! Was supposed to stay 2 nights, but extended for the full week because I enjoyed it so much! The rooms have limited beds each, so you’re not staying with a huge amount of people in the same room — very enjoyable. There’s plenty of showers and toilets for everyone. All very clean too!

The mattress on the bed was a bit thin, after 3 nights I could feel the strain it had on my body.

The location was perfect, close to everything and easy to access. The room I stayed in was big and cosy, with direct access to a kitchen/lounge area, shower and bathroom. Everything was clean and nice.

The room was practical for two people. Kitchen was useful. We only spent the night and left already in the morning. Overall we had a good beginning.

The room was privative and clean. The little heating is very practice and the bathroom was very nice and clean. The girl who welcomes us is very kind!

It is a house, for example, only the main door has a lock, all the rooms don't have a lock so it's easy to enter to any room. Also the whole floor shares a bathroom, so it's aprox 8 people per bathroom. The bunk beds were made out of wood and a little bit old, so when I climbed on top the whole thing would giggle, waking up the person on the bottom.

The location was awesome, it had a full kitchen to use and the staff was extremely nice. Everything was super clean!

The facilities that the property provides you, as well as the chill and good atmosphere that you have with other travelers and the stuff was so attentive and resolutive. I'd stay here without a doubt if I travel Tromsø in a near future!

There are round stairs that take you up to your room, so if you have problems in your legs and can't climb stairs, it's better to ask if there is a ground floor room. It was a bit challenging for me to bring up and down my bags on the stairs. For the value of the money paid, I think a snack(on breakfast) would be nice.

Super close to the city center and to the harbour Easy accessible, so I was out exploring and came to rest a bit in the common area (not big though) but it was possible as it is close. They have cutlery in the kitchen if you need something to cook or prepare for yourself. I loved that check-out is at noon so I was able to roam around in the morning and then go grab my bags to leave to the airport.

Location was great. Excellent value for money. First time that I’ve stayed at a hostel so I was a little apprehensive at first, but honestly would be more than happy to go back. Also very social as well.

I think the common area downstairs where people sit could be a little bit more comfortable. Especially since check-in isn't until 4pm. There isn't a place to lock up the luggage for when people go out, but you can leave luggage under the staircase. This made me a little concerned about going out for too long because I didn't know the vibe of the place yet. It takes me a little bit to warm up to people and places from my own life experiences, so I like being able to lock things up in a closet or in a room. But once I understood the overall feel of the place I felt comfortable leaving my things under the stairwell during check out.

I loved their dog Burger, who greats everyone at the door and is friendly and loving and makes everyone feel like they are home. I like that there is an upstairs and downstairs kitchen and a place to do work in an office. It was such a friendly atmosphere that several of the guests got together to cook and eat and chat together in the downstairs common area. People washed dishes together and it had a great friendly traveler's energy. I felt safe and welcomed. And I made friends. It's also walking distance from all the main attractions, stores, the shopping center, museums, food, and touristy areas, and the harbor. Excellent location if you don't really know your way around but far enough from the central shopping area that you can have a restful sleep if you are traveling overseas. I went for the northern lights but that's all about luck and timing and even though that part of the trip didn't work out, I made great memories.
