We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Exceptionally polite staff. Very good location. Tasty breakfasts and evening meals (I really like this option). Comfortable and appropriately sized room. Possibility to use the gym and sauna. It is also possible to iron wrinkled clothes.

Staff at the Hotel were super friendly. We had to leave early so they made us up a breakfast bag. Hotel is close by to the station so an easy trip to the airport. The evening meal was appreciated after a long day's travelling.

United KingdomThe receptionist. Booking.com charge extra for the dinner package that the hotel offer for free anyway. What they don't say is it is between 6pm and 8pm and our train arrived at 8.15 so we missed it. We left before breakfast. The kitchens close so there is no room service or bar food. They did agree to heat up the leftovers for us eventually but it ruined the trip as the main reason for picking this hotel was it provided food. It doesn't. He also told us our key was for a certain room and when we went in, there was another person's belongings including a wallet on the table. That should never have happened. All the other staff were lovely, he was rude and had no customer service skills.
The location was great, a 5 minute walk from train station and close to Torp airport. Sandefyord town looked beautiful in the snow but we didn't get much chance to explore. Room was big enough, but hotter than I like. Everywhere looked very clean.

CroatiaThis was my second time I was here, and this time the dinner was not that good. However, considering that it is included in the price, there isn't much to complain about.
I liked staff the most, along with the comfort of the room. I had a flight before the breakfast, and the receptionist kindly offered to pack breakfast for the trip.

NorwayVery noisy guests whom the hotel staff couldn’t identify by room. I ended up waking up three times. In the end, I had to shout in the corridor telling the noisy guests to stop screaming and laughing loudly. The noise disapeared after that. I don’t think the staff handled that situation correctly. The windows didn’t have security lock. Someone was smoking nearby and I could tell from the smell coming in my room.

Australiathere was no aircon plus we had to move rooms for the second night and it appears this is the norm as many were doing it. The second room although better had worse bathroom facilities. Also, some of the staff need to learn better customer service, esp. when guests are waiting.
we loved the location being so handy to everything and even with our hire car there was solid parking underneath. The added bonus of breakfast and dinner was a nice surprise. The wifi was also very good and given we could also invite others to join us for a meal at minimal cost was a bonus.
