The shower in our room leaked all over the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient.

Everything was great, but the all inclusive bed & breakfast with dinner was very good value for money.

Do not expect a very extensive dinner option: the salad bar was good, there is 1 soup and 1 hot option that changes every day.

The all inclusive stay is a good value for money: the breakfast is awesome with lots of options, afternoon snack and dinner were more simple but ok. Great location to visit Oslo, everything is walkable. The express bus from and to the airport has a stop in front of the hotel.

My room was next to the lift shaft and I could here it all the time, in fact, I could feel the room shake which was a bit disturbing!

Buffet dinner, missing items, had to ask each time to replenish, average quality, mexican, tortillas cold just taken out of fridge.

Quiet location in Bryggen, walking distance to other aread; renovated room & bathroom, comfortable bed, nice lobby bar. Handled warmly by reception staff both at chk-in and -out. Buffet breakfast, good choice..

I found the pillows a little too plump for my taste and the bath towels a little too small. however towels are readily replaced and pillows changed. the hotel is dimly lit, this is typical to Bergan and its hotels, bars and restaurants and not unique to this hotel. I would book this hotel again if I return to Bergen, and I shall look at other hotels in this chain in other locations.

Lovely clean hotel in an excellent location. The online check in and out makes for a smooth experience. Nothing seems too much trouble for the staff here. I liked the powerful hot showers and the lounge in this hotel. Large chain hotel with a family run feel to it.

Food was good, mattress topper was very soft and slid off one side but o big deal, we still slept well. Staff were excellent, very friendly, helped with taxi/bus and stored luggage after checkout and the tower was interesting.

Not sure if it's a European thing or not, but I wished there was a face washer provided in the bathroom linens.

Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner. Very pleasant room, we had one of the small rooms, but it was still perfectly comfortable, and the colour scheme and fabrics are well chosen to give a feel of luxury. Lovely, beautifully furnished building, enjoyed the spacious and quiet bar area with a large lounge and library. Gym and sauna also very clean and well appointed.

For my taste some decoration choices were a bit odd/ old fashioned (heavy golden velvet curtains and violet thrones), but I am sure others would love it

Charming old building located right on the port. Comfy room and cosy nicely decorated lounges. We loved their offer of Fika in the afternoon and light buffet in the evening. Huge breakfast with plenty of delicious options. The view from the tower is amazing!

The beds were too soft for our liking and the mattress seemed to slip off. It was just a minor inconvenience.

The staff, particularly the reception staff, were exceptional. Nothing was too much. The breakfast and dinner options of the half-board could not be faulted. Perfect location for what we wanted to do.

Lighting in restaurant and bedroom could have been better, too dim! In fact the restaurant was on occasions very dark in our opinion. Ideally could have had one more person on duty in restaurant, as was difficult to find someone sometimes.

The bathroom was s bit out of date with the shower included in the bathtub and everything getting wet. Having a room just above the lobby gave me unfortunately a very high bass noice throughout the stay - it was worse during the Saturday night as the music was louder then until 2am, but it also was there at day time. Next time I definitely will ask for a room that is not above the lobby.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, good that they serve something in the afternoon and in the evening, very comfortable bed, big room with a view, good breakfast, plus I could check in three hours earlier. The historical building is beautifully renovated and the view from the tower is incredible.

Our room was spacious and comfortable tho the bed was a little soft. There was ample food for breakfast and dinner tho the cooked food could have been much hotter. Staff are second to none.
