The room was a bit stuffy, and the mattress was memory foam so was hot to sleep on. I didn't like the giant pillows for sleeping (great for watching TV though).

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The location was perfect and easy walking into the centre of Stavanger.

The rooms were a bit tired and I was given 2 single duvets for my king bed which was strange. The gym facilities were ok but some machines were broken.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and everything was high quality. I even had my coffee topped up at my table. The location was really good and the view from the gym spectacular.

Nothing much to dislike. The breakfast wasn’t as good as a neighbouring hotel but still by all means acceptable.

I booked a room with one queen-sized bed and I was delivered a double twin bed put together with an uncomfortable seam in the middle. The night receptionist seemed very limited in how she could help.

The staff was very friendly minus the night staff (reception) that do not seem willing to help as I feel they should. The complete hotel is very clean. The breakfast I wonderful. The lobby area is clean and inviting. The people at the drinking bar area are very friendly and helpful.

I have contacted reception desk because the TV in my room didn't work at all, probably was fixed after my leave. Also, a light bulb in the bathroom had the habit of starting flashing out of the blue and that was annoying, also hope it was changed after my leave.

Distance to the city center was short. It was easy to get there. Breakfast was diversified enough for my tastes, including vegan. Rooftop bar and view was amazing.

Air condition in the dining area was a little bit too much. Unfortunately the staff in the restaurant in the evening was not always enough. But the service was good.

The hotel offer parking places in an adjacent parking garage. It is however tricky to unload the car in front of the hotel.

The hotel is situated within walking distance from the central parts, the harbour area, in Stavanger. Don't miss their sky bar where you have a fantastic view of Stavanger from above.

There is no telephone in room to contact reception. As they say its for environmental purposes. And there is fire place for heating wasting gas all day without any cold . . There is no bell boy as we have 7 bags . Have to take to room by our self .

The room does not have air conditioning. As the weather is getting warmer it is hot to sleep in a room with no air conditioning. There was also no fan in the room. Only when we say other guest took a small fan from the reception then we knew that a fan was available.

The location of the hotel was very near to the Harbor. The airport transfer bus stops right at the doorstep of the hotel, but for return to airport the bus stop is in front of Radisson Blu Hotel which is about 10mins walk. Breakfast was good as well.

it is uphill. not suitable for people that has heart condition as it will definitely be very tiring to climb the slopes. I choose the room with the sea view. during summer time, it is warm but the hotel staff offered me a dan to keep the room cool.
