Need to manage groups better. Trouble to get in main door on arrival as huge group of loud teenage Americans all with enormous packs, skis? Inside similar chaos and noise. If not driving, only food options at night are reheated pizza or not very good restaurant at next door hotel, shame given the quality of the breakfast. Black wall, curtains in room would be fine with more light but small windows made it a bit grim.

Very comfortable bed. 10min shuttle bus, runs every half hour. Great breakfast with a wide range of good well-cooked food. Lifts, sufficient not to have to wait. Efficient fast checkin. Quiet in the room.

Dirty tables at breakfast. Understaffed

This was our second time staying here as we were passing through and just needed a place to stay near the airport. Our first stay the week before was exceptional. This 2nd stay was still great but a little bit disappointing First off , this hotel really has it down for anyone who just wants a good economical airport hotel stay! There is easy bus transportation to and from the airport that runs every 30 min ( although you do have your pay. It’s approximately $15 US per person round trip. ) Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. And the room was nice and comfortable. Also there are a few restaurants and airplane museum nearby ( although the museum was closed when we arrived). But the best part is the amazing breakfast buffet which opens at 4am! This is so convenient since a lot of people have early flights. My only complaint this stay was that we showed up at 5:15 am for breakfast and the place was a disaster. Every table was dirty and full of dirty dishes. There must have been a mad rush early that morning but there was only one employee and she was working in the kitchen so we had to move dirty plates to another table & wipe it down with a wet napkin. When we left around 6 one other employee showed up to clean up but the hotel was definitely understaffed. Maybe this was just a fluke because our first stay was perfect. Other than that I would still highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Its very good choice for night stay when flying through Oslo. Its 5min drive by car from airport. Moreover the hotel could be reached by shuttle bus (80NOK) which goes every 20min. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in/check out super efficient. The breakfast had all you might like and was served from early in the morning.

The location isn't as close to the airport as it seems on a map because you need to go around the runways to get there which means either a bus, a taxi, or a longish walk.

Tastefully decorated and comfortable. The check in and check out processes were extremely quick and efficient. I wish more hotels would follow this example. The free breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options.

The cleaning should be better: we found someone else's sock in the floor of our room (and not in a hidden place, just laying there in the middle) and residue of toothpast in the sink, so not the best. It would also be nice to have a bath rug when leaving the shower, but this is a preference and it was lacking in other places in Norway that we stayed at (also the way the beds are made in Norway lodgings with just a duvet not wrapped under the mattress is not our cup of tea but again it seems usual there, so just a preference)

The breaksfast was great and had a lot of variety. The location was important for us, it is very close to the airport and easy-access by buses. The bed was comfortable, the self-check in/out process was fairly easy.

The materials in the room were a bit cold and industrial.

The property was clean and very close to the airport. If you are going to stay here for convenience to the airport, but want to get into Oslo, consider getting all zones pass on Ruter and using the 420 bus from the airport to the hotel.
