I was expecting to find keys in the box outside and but the door had lock itself on it. It was written as "on the handle" but might be more clear, need to call center to ask. The house was smart but the stairs were so difficult to go upstairs, even with bags. The kitchen equipment was not satisfied. Some young neighbours were lconnecting each other loudly at night.

The location was good to find. No parking area problem. Had very nice garden to sit outside. The bath was clean and wide enough, also had washer. The price was good.

Noise from people talking outside. A lot of commuting people living there during the week and they will of course talk and the sound can be heard inside.

Nice rooms with ok space. Can imagine it a bit small for 4 persons…

Providing some basics for the kitchen, coffee filters, paper towels, would be helpful. Also, refillable shampoo, body wash, for the shower would be nice. Travelers typically don’t bring these basics any more.

Some of the listed kitchen utensils and cutlery were missing, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Stairs inside the houses are SUPER steep to the upper room. A worry for small kids, and anyone over 60. Better to stay in downstairs room. Outdoor pool would be incredible if it was slightly heated, but I understand the costs of doing that. Nice anyway!

Nice quiet location, very well kept and clean. Tidy modern houses. Nicely mowed grass areas. Very nicely done outside pool, super clean! Easily contactable owners/workers, very friendly and helpful.

We stayed only one night., as planned. Sadly, we discovered that the dishwasher, which really was cute and convenient, was full of very dirty dishes! I wouldn’t have minded BUT when I tried to run the “old” load, it turned out that an alarm went off somewhere in the ceiling and I never did get it to work! Something was broken. I washed our things by hand. ALSO, the gizmo that holds the shower head was broken so we had to hold the shower head up ourselves…hard to wash one’s hair. other than that, it was a lovely property and when I reported it, they were apologetic and I’m certain it was all sorted before the next guests.

it was quiet, and convenient travelling with a large dog—the large lawn/grassy areas were nice.

- nice, big, modern and clean apartment. - Unfortunately the location is in the middle of nowhere. This is the main disadvantage of the apartment. - The entire facility is great. Plenty of space between the huts, a dedicated children's playground, a baby pool and a normal pool that are free to use. Excellent! - The apartment is fully equipped, nothing was missing. - The negative is the stairs to the upper bedroom: very steep and especially down not safe. You have to hold on with both hands so it's difficult to get bags upstairs. Although there is a lot of space there. - All in all, a nice place to stay and a really nice facility in a neutral location.

shower head was broken, could not be hung up. Freezer compartment was full of ice, could not be closed. pizza knife was dirty. Beds were very narrow. note: only points for improvement. we nevertheless enjoyed.

Unfortunately, the cleaning was not sufficient. Many of our surfaces were not cleaned, there was a tow nail on one of the matrasses, and blood and other stains on another mattress. It was actually pretty disgusting. The mattresses themselves were uncomfortable. The stairs in the house are dangerous, our oldest daughter fell down them the first night and got hurt. Different necessities were missing in the kitchen, the dish washer was leaking water. It says there are toiletries, but there was only soap. The pools were both freezing cold, and there was very limited places to sit by them. Gets extremely hot in the house if you don't have all doror and windows open, which is not always comfortable if you want privacy. (No air con)

House itself is modern and seems pretty new. Wifi was great, no problems using Chromecast to stream Tv-shows. Big fridge with a small freezer on top. Beautiful surroundings, with just a short trip to the sea or city. Washing machine and dishwasher. Staff very nice and polite.

Light blocking curtains in the bedroom and loft would make it more comfortable in the mornings during the summer time. :-) the kids woke up super early because of the light! :-)

We stayed one night on our way through to Bø and it was great! The apartment was very clean and modern, beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Perhaps the highlight for us with kids (7 &4) was the excellent playground and swimming pool! The swimming pool was perfect for kids (not too deep) - even at 8.30 in the morning! We will be back!

pathroom is passing water to the room , broken shower head, no response from host despite calling him and promise to send someone to repair, week air conditioning not enough to cool the room during day, balcony shows water in the floor from ac , no space to set on the room

Bath should be more clean.We cleaned it before used as well as some plates.At check in we got code for cottage 19.When openen the room was not done and it was late in evening.We called and got another cottage which was ok.It can happen but it should not.
