There was some noise coming from the renovation kinda early in the morning.

The room was visually very beautiful. The bed was comfort and the staff was helpful and kind.

The hot tub cover outside was flapping in the wind all night, very noisy. We reported it and the hotel had it repaired by our third night. We picked a room with a sea view, but it was really a mountain view. You could only just see the sea looking sideways out the window. It's not how it looked in the picture.

Friendly helpful staff. Free hot drinks machine, great to return to after a cold arctic adventure! Room was clean and comfortable with a good shower, no internal noise. One of the better value hotels in Tromso.

The breakfast was good. Location was good, but a bit far from the main city center. We could have walked, but since it had snowed during the days we were there, we took cabs mostly.

The location is a bit hilly. Quite slippery during snow. Don't expect a tasty breakfast.

The stay was great, just a few comments that I think would be helpful for the future: I wish they had a mini fridge and also an area where guests can have food outside of their rooms. We arrived late and got take away to the hotel, it was very difficult to eat there.

Bedding was very comfortable. Checkin was very easy and quick. Details are important to me, so for example i liked they had Rituals body wash/shampoo. Coffee and tea available.

Excellent hotel and comfortable stay with everything we needed. We had 4 good nights sleep at the hotel as the neighbourhood was whisper quiet. We enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks machine available 24/7 Short walk in to the centre of Tromso from the hotel. Self Taxi Booking service at reception was convenient and reliable.

Room is a little bit small and the light in the room is very dark.

Clean and warm, the heating device is really nice so won’t feel cold at night during cold weather. Shower space is big and front desk staff are very nice and friendly, always provide with biscuits and cookies.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with quality sheets and blankets. The staff were very friendly and gave some really good recommendations on activities and restaurants.

The room was a bit dark. For me personally it was ok because it feels cosy but my friend didn’t really love it.

The hotel staff was some of the nicest staff that I ever encountered! The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the city center which is perfect because it’s a very calm area but also very close to the center. There is a gym included and a washing machine that’s free to use with the detergent and softener provided. The restaurant is on the top floor so you will have a great view when eating! There are couches in the halls which are very nice to hang out at. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the room, along with coffee and teabags.

Terrace view superior double room had a view of a 25ft bank of mud and a concrete hotel stair well to one side and the room was disabled (not asked for) so sink and toilet far too low for able bodied person . Also no drawers and no wardrobe and only paper cups for coffee or tea and no sugar or milk. Tv had only 3 channels all of no use except world news. The towels were totally inadequate and very stiff and hard . Resteraunt closed for redecoration but not told till arrived. Offered a ham sandwich and juice for £14 frim another hotel. We complained and asked to be moved but told fully booked and we were only moved the night before leaving . 3 nights in bad room. When we moved we had room for able bodied , wardrobes draws , China cups sugar milk Able bodied hight sink and toilet , better view and multi channels including Netflix The room was not cheap over thousand pounds for 4 nights On plus side beds very comfortable and bed linen good and staff were fantastic

Restaurant out of commission but not informed before we got there told could pay 14 English pounds for a ham sandwich and carton of juice essentialy but this would be sent from another hotel
