Amazing place with superb views. Accommodation has everything needed for relaxing stay. You've got to stay in places like this at least once in your life. I stayed only for a night but would love to stay there more.

The storage room was too small for all the stuff to fit in. The seperate matrasses on the bed were kind of uncomfortable. While we did final cleaning, we couldn't find a mopping cloth.

The view was beautiful, the mountains, the river, the nature and we really liked the silence. The kindness of the owners. They gave us a warm welcome, they brought us firewood and when we asked for more firewood, they brought it to us in no time. The house itself, it was cozy. It was small but cozy.

The house is located in a beautiful picturesque location. At dawn, a simply gorgeous view of the reservoir opened up. The owner turned out to be a great guy, he told us everything and gave us some advice on where to go hiking.

What a beautiful location! The cabin was welcoming, clean, and spacious. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. We were late checking in and they were very accommodating. They gave us information about close hiking trails and were helpful with weather information and road conditions. We loved it so much we wished we could stay longer.

Amazing location and a great host. We found everything ready for us, a well equipped kitchen, clean houses, refreshing view of the fjords in front and mountains in the back of the house, with great hiking opportunities without starting your car. We enjoyed the peace and quiet during the day and an amazing view  in the late evening from the terrace. We definitely recommend the area,  the accomodation and not last the owner who was great in responding very fast to our inquiries and happy to help in any way possible.

Big, spacious, clean and well maintained hytte with great views in a lovely spot up a hill close to the town of Etne. The hytte is surrounded by a nicely landscaped area full of flowers, and has a nice deck. There’s a steep but mostly paved hiking trail up the hill. Everything you’d need for a longer family stay is provided for, including a large kitchen and washing machine.

It's a cozy and tidy cabin situated on a breathtaking landscape. We stayed with two people, but four will work as well, especially if you leave the house regularly to go hiking or out for a drive, which i recommend. The hygiene is outstanding, and all the utilities / facilities are more than sufficient. We primarily spoke with Heidi, who is very attentive and kind. Both Heidi and Arne do their best to make you feel at home, and they respond to messages quickly. She showed us the goats on their farm up close, which we enjoyed very much. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you get the chance.
