Perfect location for what we needed and overall a nice hotel.

Perfect airport hotel. We stayed here twice and both times it met our needs perfectly. Staff are super helpful. Rooms are small but beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms clean and have everything you need. Breakfast great. We ate at the grill just down the road and the food was really good.

Tricky walk along a main road with no path to the airport was difficult with suitcases. A shuttle bus or at last designated path would have been helpful. No staff were available for help at the hotel and there was no tea and coffee facilities in the room and no tea/coffee machines available at nigh.

The air-conditioning in the rooms could not be turned off which was very annoying as I am super sensitive to cool artificial airstreams. So far north, air-conditioning might not be needed anyways.

The hotel is great if you arrive late at Evenes airport (we walked there and it took us about 15 min). The beds are comfortable, everything's clean and the breakfast was very rich in terms of what they offered. Also, fantastic self check-in.

The size of the sink in the bathroom was made for a little troll from local fjords, I think. Noise insulation can also be improved. Also, and not sure whether this comment really is for the hotel or for national anti-monopoly authority: charging 40 euros for a 900-meter (!!!) ride to the terminal by the local taxi company is definitely an abuse of market power. Coming from Switzerland, of all places, I find this price simply shocking. An advise for travellers though - the road is narrow and it lacks pedestrian pathways. Do not walk to the terminal, it is unsafe as cars swing by very close to the road’s edge.

Clean basic room with a comfortable bed and a good shower near the airport. A good option for travellers with a morning flight. Breakfast is ok, rather basic. Filter coffee is not drinkable though and tea selection is limited to one option.

It seemed a bit dark, poor view. Unfortunately it was very wet eve, so that prob coloured our perception!

Good & generous selection breakfast food. Helpful that we could make packed lunch st reasonablle cost

Nothing . Shame there is no path to the hotel from the airport . Only takes 15 mins but not great with luggage - you couldn’t do it safely with kids . Not the hotel’s fault of course !

Very comfortable and clean , good breakfast , liked that you could help yourself to more towels , glasses etc . Had everything you needed . Little shop on site , garage for essentials /snacks and a restaurant near by as well as the one at the hotel .

It Is ok for spending one night on the way back home or of arriving late at the Airport. The lady at the breakfast lounge very attentive and professional.

Couldn't figure out how to open the window so it was a little too warm. Breakfast could be slightly better, although bread was very nice!

a (paid) hotel shuttle would be of great help as taxis would add much to the cost and carrying heavy luggage for over 1km uphill is not very comfortable. or an arrangement could be made with local transportation to include a stop at the hotel. let me mention also that the hotel is a hop on/hop off stop for the Arctic Route touristic bus from Narvik to Svolvaer. when I asked at reception about it, nobody knew so I had to unnecessarily carry my again my luggage 1km to the airport to meet the bus.

situated about 1km from Evenes/Harstad/Narvik Airport (and being the only one nearby), hotel is almost a must for travellers comming or leaving via this airport and who don't want a rather long ride to closest city. rooms are very simple but still very comfortable and offering all a traveller in transit would need. there are few facilities around offering a meal so the restaurant is of great help and, as it serves breakfast in the early morning (very good breakfast) it suits very well travellers having to leave early. ... last and not least, let me mention the scenery which is SPLENDID !

Thoroughly generic and impersonal. Room could’ve used a good vacuum cleaning. Dinner buffet was pretty sad; I slightly regretted not walking to the nearby restaurant instead.

The room was far too hot, and the A/C really didn't do much. Had to fling open all the windows overnight once we'd overcome the childlocks.

Given some of the reviews, I suspect it has been upgraded recently so I was pleasantly surprised. Functional but comfortable rooms plus there was food available in the evening, a roof terrace, gym, sauna - none of which I expected. Self check-in, never saw any staff at all during my stay. Chose it because of the location beside the airport. And a cold breakfast was available from 4am to allow people to eat before catching the early flights.

The keycard access system was down so everytime one goes out of the room , have to get reception to come unlock the door 🚪
