However, there were a couple of aspects that didn't quite meet my expectations. I recently stayed at a hotel located right in the heart of the city, which was by far the highlight of my visit. The central location meant that everything I wanted to see and do was within easy walking distance, from shops and restaurants to local attractions. It was incredibly convenient and added a lot to my overall experience.

Code was 20 minutes late and request for early check in was approved 2 days after I'd already checked in. Also only one very thin pillow was not sufficient.

Very conveniently located by the bus and boat terminal. Comfortable beds, private bathroom, easy check-in with a door code (there doesn't seem to be any staff on site), overall very good for the price.

Grid in shower was not clean enough (hairs). Sound insulation is not that good but, it's also because some people are not respecting others (talking loud in corridors and/or slamming doors) Oh, a mug would be perfect ! Nice to have a kettle but wasn't able to use it then :/

Easy to find. Right in city centre = everything in a short walking distance (restaurants, shops, sea...). Nice value for money. Requested something that I get (Takk !). Quite quiet (but not a busy tourist time).

You need to improve your check-out system. The cleaning lady randomly opened my room 9 o'clock in the morning to see if I had checked put. I also think you need better cups. The plastic glass is not good with boiling water (there is a water kettle in the room).

It’s a quiet place to sleep during the nights, comfortable bed and very clean toilet and shower. Convenient with TV, refrigerator and kettle to boil water for coffee.

It’s conveniently in the centre of Harstad, with short distance to the central bus station where the Flybussen (Evenes AirPort Express bus) has a stop.

The room smelled a bit at first. The decor is very old. The view from the room sucked. The sink in the bathroom is really low.

The bed was comfortable. Everything worked fine with self check in. I got a text that my room was ready before 15:00 and was able to check in early.
