- Finding the locked box took a few minutes, perhaps a photo might be helpful when the code is provided. - We were ok with the stairs, but some people would find them a challenge. - There were no instructions for the stovetop, dishwasher and washing machine. We had to google the instructions for the washing machine, we conceded defeat with the stovetop and didn’t use it. - There was not a kettle, making tea by boiling water in the microwave was not the best. - Having shower gel and washing liquid/powder would be appreciated by guests, luckily we had our own. - The bed was soft and blackout curtains would make a positive improvement

We loved the location, the apartment was modern, spacious and light. The wifi worked well and the TV was great.

There was nothing not to like. The bathroom had two doors which was slightly awkward for the person in the main bedroom. However it was large and the shower was good.

It was in a perfect location close to the harbour, the funicular and many shops and restaurants.

Only a little difficult to find the key box, need to approach the shop owner for information. Other than that, everything else was great.

Love everything about this apartment! Actual apartment same with the photo, spacious, big dining and living room. Rooms are clean and spacious enough for the four of us. Location super good, only 5mins walk to Mt. Floyen skytrain station, 10mins to Bryggen.

It would be great if a few tea and coffee sachets were provided, and even a small shower soap and washing powder sachet. Having travelled a long distance, the first things we felt like were a cup of tea and a shower, and the last thing we felt like was grocery shopping.

Fantastic location which was quiet and close to many attractions. The property was spacious and very clean. There is a lovely bakery a few doors up and many restaurants within walking distance. A taxi stand across the street was very convenient.

It's a very small negative given you are right in the middle of the city but the windows look out onto a small alleyway and the next building so nothing to look out at. The blinds also don't block light and there are bright lights in the alleyway that stay on all night so bring an eyemask if you need darkness to sleep.

The location couldn't have been better. It was so close to the harbour and only a few steps away from the Fløibanen funicular to go up to Mount Fløyen. Cafes, restaurants and heritage-listed buildings are moments away.

The wet room was very aptly named........the whole bathroom floods when you use the shower no matter how careful you are. We had to put towels down.....a squeegee is provided but without a long handle - not crouching down to clear the floor when just showered!!!

HUGE!!!! Loads of space & enough kitchen stuff for about 10 people....! Extremely comfortable beds. Loads of clothes storage.

WiFi was horrible. We were unable to connect at all, even after resetting modem…so no TV or internet (used WiFi at local restaurants). That being said we did have a great time, but the rain and weather and trying to locate a travel route back to Hamar was difficult and frustrating.

Location was fabulous! Loved that there were extra towels, and sheets!
