Elevator was very busy when needed. Reception at the bottom of six floors from top parking.

Very expensive. This is more of a resort and since we were touring, we were not able to take advantage of the leisure activities at the resort.

Excellent views, location is close to Geiranger, but away from the crowds and they offer free shuttle into the town. Included breakfast weas excellent.

The view from the room was ok, but spectacular from the restaurant. Very friendly and efficient service. The breakfast and dinner were excellent.

Interior of the rooms needs a renovation - everything feels old and used. What's more, our room was not well cleaned before our arrival.

Washing facilities are available, but rather limited (two machines) for the hotel size and will likely need to queue for access. Some building work was being done nearby. Not a big deal, but noticeable.

Location is perfect - excellent view across the fjord from the room. These views would be one of the main selling points for this hotel. On the other hand the hotel is a modest distance from the town centre (20 min walk along the road, or 2-3 mins drive). Excellent breakfast / dinner options - cooked as well as healthy choices were available. Room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Onsite parking is available.

Potentially some rooms in 2nd floor have a compromised view during building work, though didn’t affect us. Some parking spaces are tilted due to the slope; beware of risk of car door swinging into another

Situated outside the centre if Geiranger, which is a good thing if you want to avoid the cruise ship tourist lures (but with a free car shuttle service if you need it), the hotel has exemplary service, comfortable rooms, stylish bathrooms (Aqua di Parma toiletries) and an excellent restaurant: eat here if you can in the evening and don’t miss their fantastic breakfast

I loved everything about this property. We stayed in many hotels in Norway on this trip and this was our favorite one, hands down. The only thing I didn't love were the hairdryers in the room- they are small and not very strong.

Service was outstanding. Hotel seems very new, modern, with a good restaurant. Views are beyond phenomenal. Restaurant has a well curated and delicious menu. Hotel has shuttles to take you into the main town area, which is a short drive away - very convenient.

Nice setting right on the water! It was one of our most cloudy, rainy days unfortunately but the room and the hotel were great! The hot tub deck was fun in the rain (covered) and we enjoyed the bar before heading to town to dinner. It is a 4-6 minute drive to “town” which is very small but cute with shops, restaurants and bars. Overall a great stay!

The option for the lunch and dinner menu is very poor. And the room size is extremely small as well as the bathroom :).

The view are perfect, and the breakfast is extremely good and have a lot of option. I was extremely surprised about the gluten free corner, it is amazing

There was a big construction project being done on the front of the hotel, which was a bummer since it took away from the view a bit and was loud. If we came before or after this was done, I wouldn’t have had any complaints!

The room was wonderful. It was very clean and cozy, had the best bathroom I have ever experienced in a hotel (it felt like a spa!), the bed was very comfortable, and the view was amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous location! Friendly staff, super comfy beds. Yummy food sitting at a restaurant with sublime views of the fjord. Away from the crowds.
