Limited dinner menu. We were there 3 nights and same menu with same 3 choices every night. Would be interested to know how often menu changes as anyone staying longer than this would get a little bored.

Amazing views and location and we were given a free upgrade so had a fantastic balcony view of the fjord. Great staff, all willing to help. Lovely food.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail - the design, the delicious breakfast, the wonderful staff and manager, and most importantly the most beautiful location - was perfect. Our first time in Geiranger but certainly not our last, and we’ll be sure to stay at the Grande Fjord next time as well

All people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and polite. Location is perfect, with amazing views. Breakfast was outstanding, and of course the bathtubs overlooking the fjord.

Complicated building with little signs so easy to get lost. The washing room was always busy and we could not get our laundry done eventually. It’s time to add one additional machine.

Too short of a visit. One night isn't enough.

This hotel was top drawer on all accounts. It was our favorite stay of all across Norway on our 14 day adventures. From the moment a local gave us a a ride to the hotels(2 kilometers), the greetings were genuine and warm, We were greeted by affable hosts and hostesses. Our room gave us a front view of the Geiranger Fjord. The jacuzzi overlooked the fjord, and was clean, inviting and accompanied by amenities. We loved the small bar on the sixth floor where we encountered other joyous guests. The staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful.The dining room was magical and the food was splendid. The next day they gave us a ride back to the Geirangr ferry at the dock. We'd love to return here another day!

We were very tired after a long drive & went to the reception to check in. The staff ( very pleasant, cheerful young lady Janina ) told us our booking was from the next day, she said she will sort it out & gave us an upgrade to a room with a panoramic view of the Fjords. Hospitality staff like her are the plus points for the property . We interacted with the founder of the hotel Ola, a very fine gentleman. The Jacuzzi with a view of the Fjords, complimentary Nespresso coffee machines everywhere, use of the washing machine and a dryer were very helpful. 🙏

Hard to fault our stay but if I had to make a suggestion it would be for the menu to be a bit bigger.

Great location, amazing views from everywhere in the hotel. Jacuzzi and self service laundry was an excellent bonus. We stayed for 4 nights. Went fishing, boat hire and had a very relaxing break in this hotel. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast spread was the best we had on our travels

Lovely property, superb views of the fjord, especially from the dining room. Everything modern, clean, comfortable - with all the extras…. Jacuzzi, ice machine, coffee…. And one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had. Helpful staff…. Even offered me a ride when they passed me walking back to the hotel along the road!
