The owners are just perfect! nice people who take the children with them to feed the animals and tell them stories about them. The enviroment is fantastic and you can get all the quiet in the world there.

Everything was perfect.

Everything met our expectation. Although we arrived very late, we received the warmest of welcomes. We stayed in the old yellow farm house and it was well equiped and comfy. There is also a picture perfect lake 200m from the house, if you want to go for a swim. we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful old cottage from 1860, renovated with modern amenities but retaining the old feel of the cottage. Lots of beds to choose from. we only had one night here, but it’s a place worth of a much longer stay.

The property is about 25 min from Kristiansand. We had to wake up at 4 am to get ready and catch the morning ferry (removed the bedsheets, tidied up a bit), so if you have a ferry in the morning and wanna sleep more, you can find a hotel in the city. For us it was ok

The host thought of everything. It was a very lovely apartment with a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen well equipped and a big bathroom with a washing machine. Everything looked great and was very clean. The host was extremely nice. It is a great location for families with kids. Wish we could have spent more time there (we stayed a bit over 8 hours)

Seems like everything has been thought of, and we were very happy with it all. No complaints.

Lovely host, made us feel very welcome after our long journey, and went out of her way to help us. A beautiful location off the beaten track. I didn`t realise the linen was extra, I hadn`t read all the info, but we used our own sleeping bags, so all good.

Nothing - everything was great and easy to find if you have sat nav. If not, look for the signs to Hagen.

A lovely apartment in a house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Spotlessly clean with fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and separate sitting area with TV as well as outside space to eat el fresco while enjoying the tranquility and wonderful location. The hosts were very welcoming. Top marks!!

If you are looking for a quiet place, this is the perfect destination. It is great for kids that like animals as they get to help the owner to feed them. We even got some fresh eggs for free.

It was a bit awkward to live closely to renters of the apartment next door, as you could hear them and the owners upstairs through the walls very well. With every step the floors creaked loudly. The area right outside the doors looked a bit used. There were extra pillows in the cupboard of the bedrooms that you could tell a lot of people had drooled on.

The view from the apartment was stunningly beautiful, as well as the garden. The apartment was big enough for three people to stay in comfortably. We were able to use a grill and eat outside in the garden, which was really nice. The owners were friendly and very helpful with every request. And the dog was very friendly too.
