Unfortunately beds and pillows were too soft for us.

Breakfast ok, receptionist very nice and helpful in giving us some directions to the city, rooms large and clean, with clean towels and tidy. I think the service is worth the price.

The wifi did not work in my room at all.

Although the hotel is located jut outside the city centre, it is easily accessible by bus (including the airport bus) and Nidaros cathedral is only a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the tv had a lot of english channels.

This hotel is a HOSPITAL HOTEL. We didn't understand that in the description of the hotel. But it was a bit uncomfortable to eat breakfast between many patients wearing hospital wrist bands. There were maybe 8 different new born babies and their parents.... it's value for money but it should be written clearer in the description that it is a part of the hospital! Not only that it has connected walkways to the hospital...

The location is good to walk into the center of trondheim. The breakfast had a wide selection and the rooms were very basic but clean. It is very good value with money because the breakfast is included.

The bathroom door is strange and almost useless. Even if you close it, it's not very private. A little bit hospital atmosphere.

I didn't enjoy the evening meal, it was a buffet, much of which for dietary reasons I couldn't eat.

I booked the hotel at short notice. It is a hospital hotel, which I didn't realise, I at first started to think it was a former hospital converted into a theme hospital, it had been a long drive. There isn't parking available at the location, but between 20.00 and 08.00 there is free street parking around the corner. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room comfortable.

The hotel is located in the building where the hospital was once, so you are basically sleeping in a hospital, because they did not change the rooms enough to make it look something else. Especially the bathroom was literally like one at a hospital, which to me gave me a weird vibe. The location is not very good either, as it is not close to the city centre although it is in a walking distance. Finally, I think the room rate was too high for what we got.

Staff was great. We had a little misunderstanding as we already pre-paid for the room but it was double charged when we got there. As soon as I reached the staff about this issue, they contacted me very quickly and in two-three days we had our refund. Breakfast was nice although a little limited in the options available

Semi-central location, Ok breakfast. Cool with new-borns everywhere! :) Room is very basic, but comfortable and clean.
