Modern hotel great location for sight seeing and use of bus tram ferry train, shops and eateries all around. Breakfast excellent in nice open room staff helpful with qu's. Queen bedroom was more spacious than some. Would recommend.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, and the breakfast is amazing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The location is great and the room and decor are very classy. Floor heating in the bathroom was nice in the winter. The breakfast had a lot of variety, the coffee tastes great.

There are no direct bus stop near the hotel. The nearest bus stop is like 400 meters from the front door of the hotel. It's hard to carry a large luggege to walk through the snowy road in winter. However the location is still good since it is near to almost every attractions in Oslo.

I was upgraded from a budget single room to a standard single room. Thanks to the front desk staff!

- Quite small room with very limited luggage storage space (considering 2 people) - No minibar in the room - Limited bathroom amenities/kits - Windows barely opening to have some fresh air in the room - No aeration in the bathroom

- Good location (the hotel is located inside the city center) - Very nice and quite comfortable breakfast room - Decent breakfast variety and quality

The overuse of bleach in the bathrooms (obviously pleased they were very clean!) the smell took a long time to fade

The staff from the front staff to the cleaners was very nice, smiling and helpful. The very nice and varied breakfast is served in a beautiful room. The fitness room and (good or bad) you definitely get to warm up while reaching it through the long corridors and many stairs . Very well equipped and clean. Great location.

No A/C and it got quite warm. Tried using fitness center and apparently we weren’t given the right key to use it even though it was part of our booking, too much water seeped out of the shower, and hair dryer was broken.

The room was clearly in a back corridor, with a cellotaped sign directing us to 'BUDGET ROOMS' The loud Roof plant faced our room in the enclosed courtyard. The internal bathroom was without functioning air extraction. BBC not available on tv. Enough English teabags in the room go a long way after a long journey.

Excellent location, and a breakfast that was (no other word for it) superb. Helpful staff, with early morning call, great cleanliness, and the feeling of a visit to an unfamiliar city, made safe, comfortable, and a treat. Attractive refurbishment to much of the hotel - loved the attention to detail in the brass Art Deco signage. Just small details like the old server cabinet left outside the bedroom, poor bathroom extraction and noisy roofplant let this down.

My first room so noisy ( outside the window a big noisy fan no way to sleep. But the staff got it sorted out. So I got a new room

We stayed in a budget room for two nights. All was perfect for our needs, however, when we returned a few days later for a 1 night stay - in a different budget room, the bathroom tile grouting was black and orange all over the shower. I took photos and went straight back to reception. Explained the situation in a calm and polite way but the lady on reception was very rude. Said there was no other room. I told her I didn't accept that and she found another room. So disappointing how one inadequate staff member can ruin the experience of staying there.

Location was fabulous. Arriving by train, was so easy to find and walk to. Breakfast was superb! Such variety and quality.

Room was very small, air conditioning didn’t seem to work and it was noisy outside.

A very well located property, easy to access from the express train from the main airport and close to lots of Oslo sights as well as bars and restaurants. Buffet breakfast was very good.
