The parking app didn't work with US phones so I had to walk 5 minutes to a machine a couple of times. The apaetment is above the street level so we elected to shuttle our clothes rather then haul our suitcases up

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. We elected to use the bus to go to the center and it worked great. Just kept the car parked below the apartment

Personally, I did miss the microwave oven in the kitchen.

Very nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of facilities, including a kitchen to cook your own meals and not have to go out every night. Close to the bus stop and the city centre. And especially for Dutch people, there are lots of books, games, art and television channels to make you feel at home.

Towels - very used ones, definitely to be replaced. The kettle was dripping.

Apart from the minuses mentioned, everything was perfect. The flat was quiet, very convenient for the city centre, Just a short bus ride.

Nice quiet place with everything you need. If your not good on food the way up to the house could be a bit of a challange. Its easy to get around, the Bus stop is 4min only 4 min. away.

A lot of drafts and heating only in the living room, to have warmth in the bathroom just leave the doors open, unless there was no other way. it's not very sound proof, you could hear footsteps clearly from upstairs but it didn't bother me at all.

The position was perfect, not too far from the city and close to the paths, I spent the most of my time hiking and chilling.The apartment is accessible from the first door on the right down the stairs just above the slope.

Location is quite up hill, if you are carrying bigger luggage you will need to do some stops on the way up. Regardless of that, everything else is good and no any complaints to apartment.

Clean, spacious, fast internet, new appliances. The apartment has all the necessary utilities, kitchen assesories and everything else that is usually used in typical home. So...you just need to bring and cook your food. And it comes with extra salt.

Bed room is bit crammed even though the whole apartment is so big. Matches the picture they provided though so can not complain!

Bergen Norway's hill side living it's best: You might have seen photos of homes on the steep hill side of Bergan. And this one is one of them. Fabulous views. As with hill side homes you will experience getting up the hill with steps and a small ramp. Super helpful hosts/owners. Always attend their phone if you call. They allowed me to use their car spot for 2 days free. And guided me to nearest parking meter for rest of the days (NOK 195 per day average for my use). There is a document listing all useful information in the room. Its really a big place.

Was not aware of all the stairs leading to the property, so it is a bit of a struggle with heavy luggage. But that is a minor remark and can give you a small workout ;)

I really recommend this stay in Bergen, not far from the city centre and bus stops. I had all and above that I expected for my holidays in the city. Very responsive owner that helped me when I needed. Fantastic apartment!
