The check in process, despite messages sent to the hotel I never got the access information. I had to go to the sister hotel for an access card

Central location close to transport, restaurants and most of the sites. Modern designed room which was, clean and comfortable.

The app for the room key was not working and to lug big luggages to checkin in the sister property was not good. And to top it off there was no phone in the hotel. If there was an emergency it will be catastrophic.

The rooms were very hip and tastefully furnished. Location was good.

Little room for luggage. Difficult to find entrance as it is different to that shown on Apple maps. Also took a little while to work out how to use mobile keys.

Didnt like that elevator was not in service so needed use stairs to the 6th floor. Bathroom window blinds were damaged and destroyed, was not possible to close it. No sponges to clean the kitchen, no any other tissues for cleaning. I didnt found how called tv for chromecast (so found out myself, it was named bod).

Was nice jacuzzi and view through the window, good location.

A smell was coming up from the bathroom but not enough to be a nuisance during the night.

A small room but it does the job for a few nights on a business trip. The location is really good in the center of Bergen. The staff was really reactive on the chat for any questions.

No staff, and it’s at the top of a shopping mall, so it’s a bit eerie to be walking down a large hallway (in black and pink tones) alone at night when you go to your room… I did not like that at all. No shower door (so it’s like a swimming pool when you shower).

No heating in the room, only the bathroom. It did not work....in Bergen in december . Had trouble with mobil key - did not work. Had to go and get a keycard.

I didn’t use the digital entry, as I didn’t have my phone turned on for international use. That would have been interesting. The option of going to the sister hotel for access worked well, and I could store my luggage there until check-in time, which was excellent.

It was odd not having staff, though the staff at the sister hotel were excellent and helpful. Figuring out the lights was tricky for me. I couldn’t get the tv to turn on. A bit of tea or coffee to go with the kettle would have been nice. Bed was quite comfortable, and the cool temperature of the room was good for sleeping.

The key is an app, and it didn´t work very well. Had to call the hotel and get a separate code to open the door. Feels a bit risky The entrance and hallway needs a cleaning

the kettle was grubby and not usable

a good stay overall, some basics were missing such as coffee to use with the kettle and the kettle itself was grubby. Otherwise it was a wonderful location, very fun room.

There was an odd smell in the hallway. No hair-dryer in room. Digital key didn't open the outside door after hours. No luggage storage at hotel after checkout (the other Magic Hotel by the harbour was happy to provide this service, a few minutes walk away.) I'd choose that hotel next time.

I liked the funky design and decor. Really comfortable bed and outstanding water pressure in the shower. I liked the window seat. Plenty of food options nearby. Quick walk to Bryggen and light rail from airport. Good for a one night stay.

I would have preferred a real glass, not the flimsy plastic one provided. Also, there was a small tear in the vinyl of the window seat that should be repaired. Just minor things. Other than that, I was disappointed that the 360 rooftop bar wasn't open while I was there, but I understand that's beyond Magic Hotels' control.

The location was excellent and facilities in the room were as advertised. The bed was very comfortable! The bathroom and shower were excellent.

Expensive for this size. And you still have to pay extra for early check in. Room was freezing cold and we were there in end Sept so I can’t imagine it in winter. Noisy as many others have warned.

Good location, close to everything and only a minute walk from the light rail station. Toilet floor is heated which was a pleasant surprise!
