The door that leads to the rooms on the fifth floor is too slow when closing. It does not feel safe.

The shower does not have a door and when you take a shower the bathroom's floor is all wet.

Didn't receive a message like I was supposed to regarding getting room key using bluetooth, so had to go to other hotel which had a reception. Also, the fire alarm went off early in the morning.

No staff most of the time, you have to go to a nearby hotel to get the keys. No breakfast The shower is not well designed, it fills up too fast Almost no space to arrange clothes.

With dodgy internet it was tricky to download the app to get into the room.

This is very much a budget hotel with a tiny little room. There is no reception - you need an app to get in. But it is right in the middle of the city and the receptionists at their sister hotel close by offered very good service.

We did, however, encounter some challenges with the staff at the main location during our check-out process. When we experienced an issue with the mobile key checkout, we sought assistance at the main location but were initially directed to handle it ourselves. It was only after persistence that the staff member eventually resolved the problem through the system. Additionally, we had specifically inquired about baggage storage upon our arrival and were informed that we could leave our bags after check-out, as we planned to spend a half day exploring the city before returning to Oslo. However, upon check-out, we were unexpectedly told that we could not deposit our baggage and were advised to return to the train station for storage instead. This inconsistency in information and inconvenience regarding baggage storage was disappointing.

During our stay, we opted for an apartment room which exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort. The room was remarkably spacious, and to our delight, it even included a sauna for a luxurious touch. The location of the apartment was ideal, as it was conveniently situated within walking distance of the train station and in close proximity to the main shopping street. This allowed us to easily explore the city and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. We were thoroughly impressed with our accommodation choice and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay.

I was never able to understand how electricity works because I was not given a proper keycard and the explanations that were given via email were not sufficient As a result I didn't have electricity in my room for 2 days...

The check in was really hard(it's self checkin via mobile phone-if you don't have a phone number you have to go 10minute walk to the other hotel where the reception is to get a phisical key)and was really confusing trying to find the entrance, should be better signed with more clear instructions on how to check in before you get there

Noise at night from the rooftop terrace - we had room 601 directly below the terrace - this room had also only one window and was quite narrow - bad luck I guess but a bit pitty for the price level
