We went in the off season and on a holiday weekend so most things in town and methods of transportation were slim.

We are Booking customers for years. Otnes Fjordside is by far one of the BEST appartments we have rented. It's big, it's soooo clean, it has all the facilities you need and it's well isolated. The contact with the host goes very smoothly and he is willing to assist with any question you might have. Excellent parking facilities as well. This doesn't deserve a 10/10 but a 15/10 !

The location, the views, the exceptional accommodation and facilites, the quality appliances. 👌 The pictures dont do any justice to the place and to the views. The host even picked us up from Flam and even dropped us back at Aurland Pier!

People in the apartment overhead were noisy until 1 am but that is no fault of the host or the property.

No real improvements to suggest. We had no idea someone would be waiting to give us the keys and felt bad that the host had to wait an extra hour for us to arrive. Just an FYI for other guests to let them know when you’ll be arriving and if you’ll be late!

Beautiful location, comfortable home, nice amenities. The host was lovely and showed us the place when we got there and it had everything we could want or need for a weekend trip.

Distance from Flam could be an issue but please note that all ferry tours stop at Aurland & hence, you can board the ferry at Aurland instead of Flam. Also, the host was exceptionally sweet and offered both pick-up and drop-off to Flam which was a major bonus for us.

Everything was 5 star...the amenities, the location, the exceptionally well appointed cottage. It was such a pleasure staying here and I would highly recommend it to families and large groups who would like to enjoy a non-touristy experience in Flam / Aurland. Walking distance to Aurland town which has a huge supermarket for everything you may need. Overall - 10 on 10
