Slight inconvenience: the automated check-in procedure did not work. Had to call and wait for the local staff to provide support. All the rest was absolutely fine.

The location is in a walking way to the center. Really nice city center by the harbour. Down in the lobby there is really nice restaurant and bakery.

Not much! An extra pillow would be nice but I guess they would have provided this if I had asked.

Breakfast was very enjoyable - delicious pastries and the best coffee that I have enjoyed in Scandinavia. Simple but just what is required. Try a ‚cruffin‘ it’s a muffin shaped croissant filled with fresh lemon curd. It’s 10 minutes easy walk to the sentrum. The self catering facility would be great for a longer stay.

The only problem I had was that my room key failed on day three. It seemed that it was only active for two of the three days stay. It was fixed by the receptionist. As the desk is not 24 hours, the key failure could have been a problem.

Quiet, comfortable and good value. the breakfast was great with plenty to eat. It is also good to have the pizza takeaway option downstairs

The parking rules were a bit confusing, we didn’t know whether to pay when we got there or after we left as there were no immediately visible signs, but staff were helpful to answer any questions

We arrived at the hotel very late, but you were able to call staff from the doorbell and we managed to get in smoothly. The window in the room was very big, lots of light into the room and the view was pretty. Good spacious rooms. The hotel restaurants were cosy and had the feel of luxury.

We ordered breakfast on a Sunday. We received a bag at the room door. Thank you for bringing it earlier than normal. But there was not much inside (per person), 1 juice, 1 sandwich, and 1 cinnamon bun. So I think breakfast is too expensive.

The studio is small, but the kitchen is well equipped. Good location, if you are lucky you have a nice view. You can walk to the lovely city centre.

* Self-checkin kiosk is behind the doors which are closed during the night. Noone answers doorbell. "24-hour phone number" suggested calling them during work hours🤪 * Room was cold and adjusting thermostat didn't help * Very loose and shaky bed. It was shaking even from sneezing. * Weird electrics: power outlets were termed off by corridor light switch. We needed to make a choice either to keep the lights on and have our phones charged or to sleep in darkness.

The hotel was pretty nice, but that road and traffic noise was something else. Even with the windows shut, I could hear it. But other than that, everything was cool.

The Remote Control didn’t even work and I reported it to the reception and I never even got a replacement as agreed and I was hoping the following cable channels CNN & BBC World News would be available to watch.

It was a very lovely room to be in and had plenty of cooking facilities which were top notch.

For some reason there was a shower gel but no shampoo, towels were "tired" and super small, in general the splendid comfort of the restaurant doesnt follow into the room. The breakfast start late - for someone who wants to go hiking and we couldnt buy a sandwich before 9am. The breakfast option are also a bit weird (there is no normal hotel breakfast option, but only them bringing a bag to your door in the morning). I am compaining for the sake of maybe giving few ideas for improvement, because the place is worth it.

lovely reception, fresh bread and great restaurant with lovely food and friendly stuff. Really nice neighbourhood, the room was spacious and clean. Overall my complaining is minor things, easily reparable if the owners wished to.
