The room is cozy but small.

Everything! Quiet, bucolic location. Calming ambience throughout the guesthouse. Very courteous and friendly staff. Absolutely delicious food. Free and easy parking. Comfy bed, nice linens and towels, lots of hot water in the shower.

The hotel was amazing. We were welcomed by very friendly staff, even though we had to check in late in the evening after their check-in time, still they let us in and welcomed us very warm. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The restaurant and meals are awesome, would recommend dining there for sure!

It is really a very nice place to stay. Breakfast fantastic, with very tasteful bread, the best we had in Norway. Room spacious, with very comfortable bed. All was really very good, including staff that was very friendly.

dinner was served way too late for us, which was a shame. the food was amazing, but too limited a menu as the few options on offer were repeated each night. we decided to organise alternate meals to more suit our preferred eating times, although prior to arriving we were looking forward to eating at the guest house each night. I understand the limited options for a smaller number of guests. but multi night stays really needs the variety.

Beautiful property, a true guest house experience, in a peaceful setting on the fjord. Great position to provide convenient access to Geiranger and Andalsnes areas for a perfect stay for 4 days to experience rge stunning scenery and location. The staff were really helpful and friendly. And service outstanding.

Everything was perfect!! This place was an enexpected treasure. We were going to have a late arrival, but I contacted the staff ahead of time, and they assured us we would be in time for dinner. We only had two nights, but the staff, the property, the comfortable bedding, the food, and the location all exceeded our expectations. We look forward to a return visit.

As with most things in Norway, it was expensive!

Perfect location. Great 'boutique' vibe. Immaculate decor and facilities. Staff were young and perfectly polite. Food was Michelin star style.

It was a spectacular hotel! Very clean, amazing breakfast, very cosy and with a wonderful river view. Hope to stay sometime again. And for the ones who are visiting Geirengar, i suggest to stay in this hotel instead of Geirengar, if you have easy transport.

room was a little bit on the small size, shower space wasn't fully closed (so easy for water to get out of the shower area).

Tasty breakfast, great bed quality, polite staff, delicious included dinner stew. Beautiful design in an older style (1930s). They have bicycles available for rent (about 10 Euros equivalent). The place is next to a river. lovely setting.

It was a great hotel! Beautifully decorated. The room was excellent and really beatiful and comfortable. Beautiful view from the room and the dining room. A great location and very nice and cooperative staff.
