The hotel is really good. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. Also, one of the best things is that they offer breakfast for early birds, so it's very helpful when you have a flight in the morning.

Like others here, I really think there should be coffee and tea in the room - especially for this price. Maybe the more reviews mention it, the hotel will actually consider ;-). However, I do got a kettle when I asked for it, so that was great! And like others mentioned too, the light in the room could be better. Not very cosy, especially in the area around the bed. In general, the hotel looks stylish, but it doesn't have a lot of character/personality to it.

You can not open the window in the room. There is no refrigerator in the room. Location a bit out of centre but easy acsess by tram or bus.

Nothing really disappointed me here, maybe the location. I was only needing this night as a stop over and driving on again the next day. Probably not the best location for Oslo's attractions if that is what you want.

Super breakfast. So many choices you would need to stay a week to try them all. Great bathroom. Was able to park on street outside for 62 Krono using Easypark app. Pay only for what time you need. I needed 16 hours. Comfy bed with selection of pillows.

The room was extremely small - there was only room for one single bed, you couldn't open the window and the air conditioning was humming all the time.

Rooms were extremely dark. We could hardly see anything even in daylight as there are no direct sunlight and the rooms had grey walls which made the rooms feel better dingy and dark.

The rooms were uncomfortably small with nowhere to put one's luggage so that it wasn't in our way for sitting at the desk or getting to the bathroom at night. The door did not open with my card, but my partner's card worked so no big deal. Disappointed that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also, we arrived late and because of slow check-in process, we missed the deadline for ordering a meal at 9.30 pm. If there is no room service after 9.30 pm then I think some meals that can be heated in a microwave might be a consideration. The Pizza Restaurant next door closed early too. The receptionist did suggest using the Foodora App but on holiday one has so many photos on the phone and airline and hotel apps that there was no room for another App! Not sure if it is a pleasant thing or not but be prepared to see naked neighbours in their apartments in the mornings - LOL.

This is a new property situated between offices and apartments. I would describe it as a business guest hotel rather than a leisure tourist hotel, but although some distance from the city centre, once you know how to get to and use the public transport it is easy enough to reach. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choice to suit all tastes. It was good to see that they employ special needs persons like Tonie (?) and I have to say that Adrian the breakfast waiter is a tremendous asset to the hotel. He was very chatty without being unobtrusive and was very eager to help the customers! The bed was very comfortable and the view from the window reasonable.

It felt like a dorm room rather than a hotel room. I paid the standard room like any other hotel reservation. Apparently it was a twin bed. A real smal twin bed in a small room. The room was clean but really small with no amenities. Breakfast was very good.

Great new hotel, excellent staff and facilities in and around hotel. Very modern Scandinavian design, very close to Hasle T- ban station( 4-5 station to Oslo Centre) placed in very fancy new modern neighborhood with plenty of new restaurant and stores. Great place to stay when you visit Oslo.

Queue at check-in. Apparently the hotel is always fully booked and when we arrived there was a queue at reception and most of the time only 1 person attending. Very busy breakfast buffet. Guests are not shown to the table and you find people sitting alone occupying tables for more. We as a family of 5 didn't find a table and the waiter kindly asked a guest to move. Problems with key card system. Had to go to reception several times because of key card problems and saw that other people experienced the same). No tea coffee making facilities in the room. Couldn't regulate room temperature with the switch. No bathmat. The floor gets wet until the bathroom door when you take a shower. View to the inside building and the rooms opposite. Therefore the rooms are a bit dark . You can see the other guests from your window and vice versa

The location was a bit outside the city centre but the area seemed nice and peaceful, and there are two underground stations within a few minutes’s walk and a couple of stops from the centre.

The room was spacious, tidy, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The breakfast was super.

One of the reception did not tell us anything about the hotel associated parking tbat could have saved us a lot of parking fee and even when we asked she did not give helpful answer and basically gave us the wrong information. However the receptionist who joined on 13th night was super helpful and gave helpful information which made us realise what the earlier staff member had done. She also helped us find a kettle that we needed for making milk for our baby.

The hotel had nice clean new rooms . The bathrooms were clean and huge . We all loved the breakfast, so fresh and so much more variety as compared to many established hotels. The staff were super efficient at refilling.special mention to a new boy who had joined on 14tg July who made an effort to ask if we were enjoying our breakfast n stay.

clean and comfortable rooms with good blackout curtains which is needed in the summer months. very new hotel with good facilities and an excellent breakfast. staff were helpful and polite.
