A little overpriced in my opinion: over 60€ for 2 drinks and a pizza lol… everything was much more expensive but I think that is just Norway plus coming to a ski area.

Loved the location, literally walking out the doors to the slopes. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. Massages were an extra bonus, loved the pampering!

I had to drive to the nearest store to buy a bottle of water (during a snowstorm). The bar wasn't able to provide water and I was not informed that I could drink from the tap.

Lovely breakfast, nice decor, good pool sauna. Easy to get skis and board with rental next to lockers then simply walk outside to the beginner button or a bit further to a regular button to take you to the rest of the runs

The food. Breakfast was delicious, but the pizza was not too exciting. Would like some cheaper, good quality alternatives to the far too expensive buffet and the far from interesting pizza.

Choice of food in the evening could be improved - particularly for vegans, vegetarians, etc. Only poor aspect of breakfast was long queues for the solitary coffee machine

Excellent buffet breakfast, wide choice of food on offer - very well prepared and something for everyone. Location was perfect, ski-in ski-out. Also ski rental was waiting for us in the excellent lockers and ski passes were easily collected from one of two machines in the hotel. Plenty of underground, heated parking available with a high availability of EV charge points

The pricing in the restaurant 815 was not matching the quality (meat quality not matching pricing elsewhere) and the waiter didn't know about the meal (potatoes or not - pretty simple question, but...).

we had a couple of maintenance issues in our suite which we reported at the start of our stay. they weren’t fixed nor did anyone follow up with us. the dishwasher in our suite was also full of dirty dishes when we arrived.

aesthetically this property is great. Ski-in Ski-out is a joy. Staff were all very friendly.

Restaurant capacity not large enough for a full hotel. We could not get a booking the two nights we were there. Could get something to eat at the hotel though to be fair. The app system for booking food and drink slowed service up to an annoying degree. Even the good staff was struggling with the time it takes to scroll for everything and as a customer, having to enter your credit card details for even a drink is not acceptable! Drop it!

Norefjell is a nice skiing area for a few days stay and quite easy to get to from Oslo. Norefjell Ski and Spa is a good, but quite big hotel right on the slopes.
