The hotel is very comfortable, very clean and nice The staff is nice and helpful. The location is great, right in the centre.I recomend this pleace.

We were charged for using mini bar for 6 soft drinks that we never had. No guidance in room or from reception that only water was complimentary. We opened jar of jelly sweets (candy) and ate them. We were charged for those, too. Happy to pay for confectionary but we were using mini bar to cool our own bought soft drinks. When I told reception at check out that we had not used the hotel soft drinks, only our own, the man did say not to worry and that the soft drinks (amounting to £30 - £40) would be refunded. Food good in hotel but breakfast buffet food could have and should have been hotter.

Location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to all major shopping and harbour area. Great view over pond. Bus stop for airport transfers is directly outside hotel on Olav 5 (road).

The location was superb. It's almost near everything like the town centre and old stavanger. A bus stop going to the airport is just right outside the hotel.

The property was central and we had a lake view which was lovely. The bed very comfortable, nice amenities for guests like free cookies on an evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice sauna with a view too.

Location, location, still location. The airport bus Flybussen stop right outside the hotel. The Gamle Stravanger old town and the historic wharf house all within walking distance, so finding food is not an issue. Breakfast spread was good too.

Location is tops, great view over the lake. Walking distance to the harbour and to the town centre where all the shops and restaurants are. Nice warm showers, good toiletries, huge breakfast buffet spread.

The hotel switch was broken and some miscommunication from the staffs.

The hotel location is very near train station like a 5min walk away. Hotel has great spread of breakfast. After my hike, even after check out, the hotel staff is nice enough to let me use the facilities to bathe before I go to the airport catch my flight.

Fire signs at stairs was unsuficciently, we tested it and ended up at the basement with a big iron door. Went back up to secont level and then down to the reciption. Unpressed my disapointment, to the reciptornist afterwards she showed me the right way down from fouth floor. But still, the risk that somebody take the wrong way down still exsist - we used that way as our first choice.

The breakfast was better than expected! Also, we had a special request to the staff to heat up some left-over food that we had from our previous stay where we camped. They were very accommodating and heated it up for us :) just a little bonus of extra niceness that felt great

No parking. (But we knew that going jn) Didn't put our 2 rooms next to each other despite promises they would and booking ahead at midnight with 5 kids they denied we'd asked said they were full. No cot for 18mths year old when we arrived at midnight with kids but they promised it was in there as we went into the lift. Warmly said restaurant was open when we checked in but it was closed entire stay. Woman hung up on me on phone in reception at £1.70 per minute international call because I asked if she could understand me (before we arrived i wanted to check some stuff). The usb sockets almost all didn't work and one of the room had a very broken door frame (the chain had been kicked in I think)
