The fan was a little bit loud, so just ensure this is off before you sleep.

From Oslo central, Økern is just a few stops on the metro. This was convenient, as prices were not reflective of centre prices, and a lot less expensive. The hotel is very stylish with good fixtures and fittings. Everything is such good quality. Breakfast was vast, with many many options. Enjoyed my stay a lot!

It’s a 10 minute walk from the station, I found that many places were much more easily and quickly accessible by taxi, which is obviously an expensive option.

The room was spotlessly clean and modern. I really liked the ability to cast content from my smartphone to the screen and how easy this was. There were plentiful options for breakfast, the rooftop bar was lovely and stylish and staff went out of their way to be warm and helpful. I was totally safe and comfortable here as a lone, female traveller.

We had a lot of walking to do, because our phones did not inside hot spots for buses. No public bathrooms, if you find one you need to paid. Yes, a bit cold but worth going to see Norway.

We start by saying Norway is a beautiful country unless you're a skier the best time to visit would be in the summer time now let me say that as far as hotels are concerned you would definitely want to stay at the Radisson red hotel Ohern Norway this hotel is a little out of the way but if I was to create a hotel the perfect hotel with the staff that was just as perfect this is the hotel that I would have designed it is clean cleaning staff is impeccable it is friendly and they attend to your every need I want to thank the following people for our stay Gee, Emil, Frode, Elias, Mari, Madel, and Aida . This is absolutely the place you would want to stay the staff is perfect the hotel itself is perfect the prices are right and it is worth the little extra distance you might have to travel on a scale of one to five with five stars being the best I would give this place 10 stars I have traveled and have stayed at many hotels that were extremely nice with very friendly people but I have never in my life stayed in a hotel that was as nice and as friendly as this one I'm just I cannot say enough good things about this and the friendly people this hotel and the friendly people they are perfect I don't think I should save it no I I really OK I

This hotel, only two years old, boasts everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. From its contemporary design to its affordable rates, it ticks all the boxes. Trust me, the room size and price are unmatched for what you get. And let's not forget about the breakfast – it offers a wide array of delicious options to start your day right. Now, onto the one downside: the location. While it may not be right next to the subway station, a leisurely 10-15 minute walk will get you there. On a sunny day, it's a pleasant stroll, but during winter snowstorms, it might pose a challenge. Just something to keep in mind. Despite this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. If you're like me – someone who values affordability without compromising on quality – then this is the perfect choice for your Oslo stay. The weather was a bit on and off. But that is nothing the hotel can be held responsible for. They helped us cope with it by providing a large new umbrella.

The hotel is located a bit outside of the city centre but with the metro close by - 250m approx. - you are in town in a flash. The airport bus leaves also close by so no need to take a very expensive taxi. Very expensive like in 200 euro one way. The hotel reception is manned by very friendly and positive minded people who will go out of their way to inform you on what is going on in town. Breakfast in particular is something you should not shy away from. It is very good and all freshly made. The one that hit us was their ginger-hot pepper shots that really will wake you up and get you going. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful rainshower or if you prefer the regular handshower. Beds are a 10/10. So all in all little to complain about other than that we had miscalculated that over Easter many things are closed...

the restaurant at the top could do better with the service. the food was amazing however the staff did not ask for my membership so I missed on 10% discount. also they had to be reminded about the order. I left with a good feeling overall

the location is very good, both for car and public transport. hte room is clean and confortable and quiet. I liked the view from the window. the parking is public and at an extra cost, but easily accesible and right next to the hotel with plenty of free spots at the time of my visit
