You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had rooms with a view of the small harbor of Sorkjosen and the REsisa fjord. >The hotel is very well located to experience the nearby area, among the Reisa National Park. Great and generous breakfast buffet to start the day. Thank you to the team at the front desk, who helped us a lot.

DenmarkTheir ‘newly’ renovated restaurant with the imported pizza oven from Italy is permanently closed. This is not indicated on the website nor were we informed when we booked nor when we checked in. Not easy then to find a meal in the vicinity. Breakfast is quite sad. The fruit is old and rinkled, scrambled eggs and bacon are cold, bread is dry, coffee thermos constantly empty. A hotel in decline, a bit sad to experience. we picked it because the hotels in Skjervoy were fully booked.

United KingdomWe arrived at 9.30 pm, having not eaten, and there was no food available at the hotel, and the only local restaurant was closed. The nice man on reception did provide us with a small cheese sandwich though.
The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The location was perfect for start of whale watching trip.

United KingdomRoom was quite disappointing, small with little or no view, bathroom was small, best described as adequate. Restaurant was closed. Considering this was expensive hotel at this point of our tour I was disappointed.
Location was good, very accessible. Reception was clean and tidy. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast had a good tasty choice.
