You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWe had apartment nr 14 with one bedroom and a bathroom. A comfortable, cozy little house with a nice veranda which has sunshine till late in the evening. This one is the first in a small row, so we had a free view over the playground, a part of the little camping, the river, the rocks and the snow on the mountaintops in front. The furniture is good, the shower as well, but the bathroom is very low, not suited for long guests...

United KingdomCooker hob was dirty and needed a good clean. Threatening notice in the cabin saying you must clean and scrub the place before leaving or face a £40 fine.
The location was stunning by the river and it was a lovely cabin with comfy lounge area. But it was very expensive and we had to pay extra for sheets and towels. The kitchen had most things. But the cooker hob was filthy and needed a good scrub. Beautiful views from the window.

Norwayits summer time in Norway, so the sun is quite bright, would have helped if the cottage had darker curtains and blind, there was too much light coming in, which made it difficult to sleep.
Great place with very good cottages and well equipped facilities like kitchen, tv, nearby information etc, Great location by the river side and lot of activities one can do

NorwayCleaning is extra charged, that wasn't mentioned in the description in booking.com Cabin nr 2 Uncomfortable and narrow beds. Several dishes and cooking pots were dirty. No water kettle, had to boil water in the pot. Dirty windows from inside, I wanted to clean it but there was not windows spray at the cabin. There was a constant leak on the bathroom from the water heater. During our New Year's Eve stay there was a problem with the plumbing, the floor in the bathroom and shower was flooded and it was smelly, we couldn't use the bathroom. That was very unpleasant, we had to use the public facilities at the hotel. It also cost us a delay with our departure. We got offered that we don't have to pay for the cleaning but this wasn't a satisfactory response.
Location, very pretty around the property and with beautiful surroundings - the river and mountains. It was heating in each room, it was warm.

Netherlands- Showers and toilets only get cleaned once a day. If you prefer a proper shower go around 9.30 am. - All the other hyttes we stayed in had a basic of pans, cups, plates and cutlery. Over here you have to rent it for NOK 150, or bring your own. Also for using the common kitchen you have to pay (you do have a 2-pits cooking stove in the hytte). And there is no specific place for washing your dishes, so you do them in the laundry room. Combined they make it very attempting for you to have diner at their restaurant (which has not much to none vegetarian options). - On Saterday our 'neighbour', a regular customer, decided to renovated his mobilehome. He was using a sawing machine from morning till late afternoon. We 'escaped' to the playground on the campground ánd near the supermarkt (really nice playground!) instead of having a relaxing day at the hytte. At 4.15 pm we went to the reception to ask what the rules are. The guy at the reception apologized to us and said he was going to talk to our neighbour immediatly. An hour later nothing changed and we asked our 'neighbour' if he could please stop at 7pm, so our daughter could go to bed. The next morning at checkout, we mentioned it again. It was the same guy behind the desk and he told us we didn't make any complaint the previous day. When confronted with the question if he was on duty the afternoon before he couldn't say no... He offered us a free breakfast, but we were checking out at that moment so that made no sense.

Absolutely everything about it. As a solo traveller first time in Norway on my Motorcycle from the UK, this place was a trip in a lifetime stay. Scenery, location, people, roads, views, food. it truly had it all. I was sad to leave. Can’t wait to return and bring the wife next time.
