Rooms were not cleaned / prepared every day. Anyway is a really good hotel to stay in.

It was quite uncomfortable to sleep, assumably because of the non-breathing linen. Often, it was either very hot or barely warm water in the shower. It was a bit annoying. The gym was poorly equipped: small, with no pull bar, and no barbell.

I liked the room: quite spacious, has a table. Good breakfast, however, it's not a typical Scandic breakfast: the choice is much smaller.

When I booked the hotel showed onsite parking as available. I see that they have improved the description to show that the parking is public but it is hardly onsite, it is the municipal public car park located across the street. Nothing to do with the hotel. I would have looked at the hotels closer to the harbour area if I had understood this when booking.

Comfortable clean room with helpful staff. Not too far to walk down to the harbour area and the centre of town where all the restaurants are located.

The room we were checked in initially was large enough, but the expandable sofa for my son blocked the way and made it impossible for one to get out of the bed without jumping over the other one. The ventilation was blowing directly over us and could not be stopped as it was controlled centrally. The bathroom door was squeaking every time someone closed it and there was no bathroom mat. Things were reported after the first night and we were moved to another room. The staff made the change as they were doing us a favor, not like it was common sense to book someone in a room where they can properly move around. Especially when one books a room for 7 nights. The new room was definitely better and most things improved, except the lack of the mat which I gave up asking for. The breakfast during weekdays was from 6:30 to 9:30 which was really annoying as we had to drag the child out of the bed early even though we were on holiday. Because the breakfast ended so early most people came for breakfast at 9am which made the space really crowded. More than that, at 9am there was no butter, no cheese, no tomatoes and no croissants and we had to ask 3 staff members until they brought more.

The rooms are large enough and soundproof. Indeed it is very noisy if you open the windows, but we were out during the day when we left them open so it was fine. When we had to move rooms, I forgot my retainers in the other room and the cleaning lady kindly brought them back to me before I even realised I lost them. Really appreciated! The breakfast is good if you are lucky to get there before food finishes. The location is very good, close to the main attractions.

It's located near the street so it was a bit loud with windows open so we kept them closed during the nightime.

The hotel was really good. The stuff was excellent and breakfast delicious. Our room was spacious. 5-minute walking distance to the city center.

Our spare bed was really uncomfortable. We couldn't turn off the air conditioning which made two of my friends a little sick the next morning. On the other hand, the vegan breakfast options were not very good. Finally, we would like to add that the two girls at the reception desk in the morning shift were not cooperative at all and we did not like how they treated us.

The location of this hotel is great, you can walk to the quay from there where there are many restaurants. Our room was clean and spacious with beautiful views. During our check-in (in the evening shift) the girl in the reception was extremely helpful and kind, she was all the time smiling, and she gave us some good advice about where to go.

One of the beds was a sofa fold out bed, was not the most comfortable. The fridge didn't stay on when we left the room, so food couldn't be stored and drinks were not cold.

Lots of space for three of us in one room. Location was very good, easily able to walk to city centre. Nearby many shops / cafes / restaurants.

We stayed in a room for 4 people and the sofa (second bed) with all the iron constructions did not look safe for the small children and it was squeeky, less comfortable than the main bed. Even though the cleaning services was provided everyday (if you want), the people who work there not always did a good job.

Very nice breakfast with lots of options, nice personel. They offered an ice cream to the children as a welcome and also offers everybody croisants in a day time. The hotel provide you a map, leaflests of the attractions in a city. There is s stove for a taxi vompany and the staff orders you a taxi if you ask. Good wifi, nice shower. Very good location, close to the bus station. You can reach most of cities attractions by foot.

No parking in hotel area. You have to pay for parking. Ventilation system is quite loud and you can't switch it of. A little bit noisy as the hotel is near the street. Overall everything is ok for such a price :)
