The hotel provided good comfort, and the sauna was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, and the surroundings were beautiful. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely amazing! Overall, a nice experience.

I eat vegetarian food, but struggled a bit to get a variety to eat as the menu stayed the same over the Easter period. I think the Norwegians are big meat eaters. I would have liked to have the breakfast again in the evening, as it was so good!

The reception staff are brilliant. Any issues they help you with and nothing is too much trouble.The breakfast choice is absolutely amazing as well. So much choice.

Excellent variety and quite tasty breakfast m. Fresh produce. Located next to bus stop and train station. Extremely friendly staff. Well maintained and hygienic. Very close if you wa t to go Skiing.

There was no kettle / tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The sauna was out of order when we stayed which was very much missed after a day on the slopes.

Limited options at dinner which is fine if only staying for a short period. No warm plates at breakfast for cooked food so cooled quickly but this is common across most hotels.

Very clean and contemporary.hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Good size bright rooms overlooking the water and spaciius bathroom with large walk-in shower altjough the shower may have been better wuth a bigger showerhead and slightly more power. Beds very comfortable. Great location right at rail station and at gondola Station.. Gym much better facilities than many hotels and sauna also. Good ambience in the bar and enjoyed playing shuffleboard. Wide selection of options at breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location next to the gondola and train station. Near to the lake also. They let us check in very early which was a real bonus. There was a gym and sauna with views over the lake.

Nothing to dislike about this place. If I was being super picky, the housekeeping was a little hit and miss, but didn't really affect the overall experience.

Fab hotel in the most convenient location possible in Voss for access to the gondola and the train. Hotel was beautifully designed and super comfortable. Staff were absolutely amazing, from the ladies on the desk to the bar and restaurant staff. Breakfast was one of the best mid-range hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Shared a family room with two of my kids and we had a great time. Plenty of space, and the ski lockers were a bonus. All in all, would highly recommend.

Had to book at last minute as all Oslo-Bergen trains were cancelled due to weather. Right next to the station so very convenient. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.

I can't really complain about anything. Breakfast was diverse and rich, staff was nice and informed, early check-in was possible and facilitated, the position is amazing and close to the city center as well.

I liked very much the position of the hotel. I arrived by night train from Oslo and the hotel has double entrance which one of them is facing the train station sidewalk, very convenient. In addition, the gondola for the ski slopes is right in between the hotel and the train station on the same sidewalk which makes it very convenient if it's cold, you have luggages with you or need to bring your gear to the slopes. Overall, the hotel is also very nice and it has a nice mountain chalet vibe.

Amazing location, right next to the gondol to the ski resort, as well as the train and bus station, and the tourist information point. It overlooks the lake and mountains. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and high quality food for lunch and dinner. Spacious sauna and gym with weights and different machines with an amazing view over the lake. The beds were comfortable, the pillows too soft, but overall clean in a Scandinavian style.
