The evening was very packet based food, due to them closing for Christmas kept changing menu as run out!! The first evening was meatballs excellent unfortunately it deteriorated from there! One night run out of chicken by 6.45pm ended up with breaded fish ( out of frozen packet, I give to the kids) breakfast was good to ok! Plenty of bread and cheese!!

The staff were very pleasant. Always happy to talk, help in anyway they could. Ingrid on our first arrival couldn’t have done enough for us. We were running late but she ensured food was available for us thank you

"Free" evening meal was mostly cold and very little choice. Biggest issue with this hotel is street noise if you have a harbour facing room. Constant traffic and pedestrian noise. Take ear plugs ( not a joke)

Proximity to everything in Stavanger - shops, bars, restaurants, bus station. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom, plenty of hot water and underfloor heating - luxury. Excellent breakfast choice. Very helpful front desk staff.

The hotel was in an excellent location, was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, good quality food and something for everyone. Dinner was also good and is a real bonus, making the hotel excellent value for money.

Nice and confortable hotel (sheet, mattress, ..) we enjoyed our 4 nights ; clean shower-room Extra bed (futon), very confortable Suite Room 512 cosi with nice deco (under the roofs, important ceiling height) ; iron and ironing board, armchair ... ; Extra beautifull view on the port and the cruises boat (Queen Mary Hamilton, Iona) ; Good localization, closed to the centre/shopping and nice colored streets, park Meals: Mega breakfast : with a lot of choices (sugar, salted, fish, smoothie, bread, marmelade, vegetable, fruit...). Fika (brownie, cookies, coffee, tea, ...). Dinner : a large choice of salad, pasta, ... Gym room. Sympathic staff. Platform to book a taxi. 457 Nok for airport.

Cruise ships can block the great view sometimes

Great location in the port close to everything . Lovely breakfast and evening meals , we loved the choice of salads to accompany the meal . Cool reception area to chill out it too .

The toilet vent worked constantly and there was no one to fix it because of the weekend and no available room to switch. The best thing the staff could do was to give us ear plugs...

The breakfast was basic compared to another hotel I stayed at the night before. But they did offer an even more basic breakfast from 4.30am for ppl like me who have early morning activities. The rooms are a decent size so you can at least open the samsonite suitcase on the floor.

Good that dinner was included, I only went to it once since I really wanted to try the fish soup so went elsewhere for that. Being on the pier it wasn't as noisy as I had expected.
