Room looked shady and old, bathroom cold water was not working. For 50£ less it would have been alright.

Coffee was available in the room. Nice location for going out in Stavanger, close to city centre.

Wifi didn't reach my room, also had to check in by the bar, and the workers had forgotten to open it at 17h as described. No elevator either, and the bathroom floods when you take a shower.

Quiet room, comfy and clean bed. Right next to the Stavanger harbor, so great location.

DIRTY. Very dirty. Layers of dust everywhere, mold in the bathroom. Smells bad is the corridors, rooms are fine (with an open window). It's very loud at night, but we had ear plugs:)

The location couldn't be better, we had a nice window view. Staff is very friendly, checked us in a few hours earlier, answered all the questions we had and in general were super sweet! It was vary thoughtful to provide guests with ear plugs! Thank you! Little TLC and this hotel may convert in a very decent one:)

There was no WiFi in the room I was staying - the room 28. I came for work purposes but I had to spend time and money in cafes after the meetings just to have WiFi. There was some hair in the shower drain still from the previous guests. I was staying for 4 nights but only the towels get changed and trash taken, but there were no refills on soap or toilet paper, so I bought it myself. Finally, I support the idea of not washing the bedsheets daily, but when I asked the house keeper after 3 nights of sleeping in +28 room temperature if I could have them changed the answer was no.

The simplicity and flexibility of checking in and out. The size of the room was good.

The bathroom had no toilet paper, no soap in dispenser, the wifi didn't work, the entry stairs to bedrooms were worn and filthhy, tv didn't work and no one was in reception to deal with issues.

The location was excellent, close to Port and town centre. The room was clean, bathroom also clean, beds very comfortable. Towels were replaced daily. We are tea drinkers but only one teabag not replaced. This is an inexpensive hostel type accomodation , convenient to food outlets and the old town If your looking for a little more comfort this is not for you.

Having to wait over 2 hours in the rain for any sort of staff to open up. Most places have staff around not just for check in but to let you store your bags. Just general repair, this place needs some TLC .

The room itself was comfortable and the location was useful for getting around..

Shower head didn't stick to rail. Taking a shower meant the bathroom was flooded. Very noisy at night. Room was poorly lit. Room did not come with toilet paper, we had to ask the staff.

Check in and check out was easy. Shower had great potency.

OK for a sleep-over. Nothing extra. Check-in as of 5 pm in week days, until then there's nobody. It is obvious they do not really worry about the condition of the room (TV with sound if you "play" with the wire but gives no picture, heating system and curtains torn off the wall). The kind of accommodation you use when you get out of prison (having in mind the Shawshank Redemption movie). Not what I expected for the paid price.

Great location by the Stavanger port with restaurants, bars, shops, etc... Wifi was good though

No elevators. Also staff from a nearby bar who didn’t know much about the property were relied on to check-in guests. Also no reception to store luggage.

Incredibly loud - very thin walls and loud music from the bar downstairs. The internet also didn't work on the top floor only on the floors below. Thankfully the hotel next door had no password on their internet.

There is loud music from the bar downstairs which stars at 9 pm nonstop until 3 am. Earplugs don’t help much y particular when drunk people is going up and down talking and laughing loudly. FYI Sundays too…… Curtain are not blackout so be ready to have sunlight in the room permanently. Bathroom floor is completely broken and looks dirty, an used aid-band came up with the flow of my shower. There is a kettle in the room but I really feel like use it.

Room and the building were very weird and run-down. Floor was ful of little marks and dirt and bathroom was disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable and room smelled bad.

Entrance and stairs need some TLC and a good hoover. Really disappointing about no hair dryers in the property.

Great location, everything worked in my room, room 26; kettle, lights, heating, Wi-Fi. Most powerful shower I’ve had in Norway so far.
