Beautiful property, super comfortable bed, helpful staff and I found the location perfect with an easy walk to train/bus and also to harbour. Staff were extremely helpful to store luggage and being able to even make a coffee after checking out is just brilliant.

In the lobby where you provide coffee, water, tea, etc. was frequently out of cups & glasses. This area might require more attention. Overall, very good.

The breakfast was one of the best I've had for these types of included hotel breakfasts. The food was freshly made, displayed nicely, and was delicious!

Air-conditioning wasn't working too well in our room which led to a poor night's sleep due to stuffiness. As it's on a main street this should be a priority as you would not want the window open due to possible noise.

Breakfast was great and there was tonnes on offer. Nice touch having the coffee machine in the lobby.Friendly, welcoming staff and clean and comfortable rooms.

There is a small fridge for minibar but very very empty. The rooms are cosy but small for two persons staying longer than two nights. No toiletries except basic soap in the restroom. And lastly, it’s quite an expensive hotel. There are cheaper alternatives a 5 minute walk from the city center.

Excellent large breakfast buffet. Very good bed and pillows. The location is superb. Quiet room even if the location of the hotel is in the city center. A nearby parking house makes travel with car easy. This is a hotel I definitely will visit again.

Good location, right in the middle of Bergen. Very modern hotel, good breakfast. A good place to relax after discovering Bergen. Parking is possible in a nearby parking garage (150 meters away), parking is based on your license plate and you pay when you leave the garage - when you register your license plate at the hotel, you will receive discount on the parking garage amount.

If you are on the 6th floor beware that breakfast is served daily on the 7th floor so you may hear the staff and early breakfast guests directly above you starting as early as 6am; which was mildly disruptive. Also, most staff members greeted us upon entering the lobby while others literally never looked up.

Great location to public transit and many sights. Clean, comfortable room (with charming wallpaper), that faced to the inner side of the hotel so it was very nice and quiet at night. Enjoyed the electric tea kettle, & free umbrellas to borrow for the day if needed. Very nice breakfast spread and great service at breakfast.

Small rooms. No room service for 3 days. After day one we asked why and they advised staff would not make the bed with clothes on the bed. Next day we removed out pyjamas from the bed and still no bed made. Bad. Decor, colours of the carpet too bright. No onsite restaurant although one adjoining

The room was very small, particularly for a stay of 5 nights. The hotel doesn't have a proper bar, just bar facilities in a fairly small lobby. The attached restaurant is run as a completely separate operation.

Location was excellent in central Bergen. Staff were friendly and efficient. All areas were clean. Breakfast was good, fresh and varied.
