We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt's confusing that there are two Thon Hotel Gardemoens! Our taxi driver took us to the other one first and we had to walk to this one. They should rename one of them to avoid this confusion!

Anders made our short stay fantastic-VERY NICE & HELPFUL! Biggest shower on trip & great counter space in bathroom. Rooms were large & comfortable! They even provided a to-go breakfast since leaving prior to breakfast. And shuttle starts early.

SpainWe paid for our breakfast, but had an early morning flight. Despite the kitchen being opened from 4.30 we were offered a packed breakfast which I thought was a good idea at first as we could sleep longer. Unfortunately, my boys didn’t like any of the options included and there was almost anything for me as a vegan to eat. So we had to buy our breakfast which was disappointing. It is worth to take it into account. Otherwise the staff was really nice and welcoming.
Good location for a late or early flight. There is a paid shuttle to the hotel.
