We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Unfortunately the hotel isn’t set up for such weather, no air conditioning and restrictions on window opening, and those guests with rooms facing the sun did appear to suffer a lot. The hotel reception did give out fans. Facing the fjord is a lovely view, - and cooler.

United KingdomThe free parking that is used for the hotel is actually a short distance away although you can load and unload by the hotel entrance.
The staff here were exceptional and incredibly helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
