We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

France- Mixed feelings on the location: beautiful fjord on one side but charmless small town with industrial feel on the other - Rooms with fjord view probably nice - but we had a rather depressing parking view - Food too expensive even for Norwegian standards, a 190kr appetizer was literally a piece of toast with a little bit if goat cheese and some green salad - limited food options in town
- very welcoming and helpful staff - room well equipped, with coffee machine and kettle, which is not always the case in Norway - overall comfortable sleep

Hotel almost recent. The room was comfortable and the view of the fjord from the room very beautiful. The small terrace was nice when the sun was shining. Small cozy living room where it’s nice to stay when it’s bad outside.

IsraelSome rooms that are labeled as 'sea view' have only partial view of it, whereas the rest of the view is of the parking lot. They were kind enough to allow us to move to another room, based on availability.
The hotel is beautiful and is beautifully located at the edge of the fjord. Great breakfast and lovely staff. Very comfortable beds. Spacious room with small sitting area outside. Espresso machine and tea in the room.

The one level hotel with small patios with views of the Fjord was our best room in Norway! Loved this hotel! We had planned to stay elsewhere and were so happy to find this location on short notice. If we return to Norway, we may base our stay at this Hotel. It was just so comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was very good. We did not eat at the Hotel, wish we had. Parking was free!

We had a beautiful fjord-view room and the water was just a few steps away. The fjord is very pretty and so much quieter than Geiranger. We very much recommend renting a kayak or two from Ute Guiden right next door. Grocery store adjacent is also super handy. Our adult son claimed the fish at dinner was the best he'd ever had! Breakfast buffet was generous.
