The studios that face the main square can be very noisy, the management offered to move us to another room which faced the courtyard

Karoline organised, that we could check in earlier than 4 pm, which was handy as we were tired after travelling by early morning ferry. Fantastic location, well equipped room, just take an extension lead if you want to use a microwave or a TV.

Didn’t realise we would be accommodated on Level 3 so it was difficult to get large suitcases up the stairwell as there was no functioning elevator.

The location was great and there was a supermarket close by.

Everything was great. There is no elevator in the building - good to know if you’re staying on the 4th or 5th floors.

Great location, a short walk to everything. Excellent communication with the host. The studio was great, small but well equipped with everything you need.

very loud and smelling: - The room was smelling really bad because of the ventilation (from the bar under). First it was smoke which came through the ventilation and then terrible food smell. - It was so loud during the night because of the people partying. Couldn’t sleep without earplugs - There was no possibility to hang our jackets in the room. They were so wet from all the rain so we couldn’t put it in the closet. - No plugs in the bathroom - Dishwasher didn’t work - No mirror except the one in the bathroom

Host was responding very quick. WiFi didn’t work: got fixed in a few minutes Toaster was broken: got a new one inbetween a second after my e-mail Location - In the middle of the city Bed was soft

Nice place in good location, enough privacy, spacious room, nice music from the pub downstairs and helpful staff.

The whole building and the room smelled like cigarettes. We couldn't stand to stay there so we asked to change rooms but the place was full. Our room was on the 3rd floor but directly above a smoking area outside. We left for another hotel and the host refunded us fully, which was great.

The flat was well-equipped, it had everything you need. Location was really central. The host was responsive.

The bed sheet and blanket has weird smell. No hanger in the bathroom. Actually, there is a bar but they put hairdryer and toilet papers on it.

The location is very good. Staffs are helpful. The room is decent. They provide everything we need for our stay.

It had insufficient kitchen appliances. I wanted to cook and it didn’t have one single pot or pan. It’s much smaller than it looks. For the price it’s not worth it.

False advertising using images online. The room is too small the oven is next to the bed I couldn’t get my luggage in the room and had to move Furniture around. I was given both the wrong address and the wrong PIN code for the keys. It is dirty and needs an update inside the building itself. Someone was smoking in a room and set off an alarm. The lift is broken and I had to carry my large luggage up spiral stairs and back down.

Bathroom had a bad smell - possibly from poor ventilation or old plumbing - intolerable. Was otherwise clean, fan was very loud and kept us up at night - we needed earplugs. Corridor also smelt of smoke, and our room (209) although clearly marked, for some reason people kept mistaking it for the fire door? So had people trying to open our door every half an hour, until late evening/early morning - was disconcerting until we got used to it. Lift is dodgy & inaccessible by the ground floor so needed to use stairs. Laundry was difficult to access as was always in use - only one washer & dryer.

Location is ideal, a short walk from the harbour, museum, great restaurants, and groceries just down the road. Kitchenette is handy. Bed was comfortable (firm mattress, typical for Norway) and linen clean.
