Just too expensive for such a small, not good heated room. The room looked fresh renovated, the bathroom was fine, but the heater was too small, mostly of the room was very cold.

The location of the hotel was great.

Dusty mattress, seems like did not changed after previous guests left

The location is good, easily accessible via public transport. It is also walking distance to 2 attractions. Toilet is clean. View is okay.

We didn’t get our code to access by the time we had arrived and we were standing in the freezing cold outside waiting with no answer trying to get the information to stay at our reservation. We finally got in and all was well, after waiting half n hour which is a long time when it’s freezing cold, getting dark and you’re in the middle of no where with luggage and now where to go.

It’s a really nice old building renovated into super comfortable secure private rooms with modern amenities.

The property is in good location. The bus stop is quite nearby and even the cable car station is also at a walkable distance. Grocery store is nearby if you want to buy something. The room was really clean and tidy. Had a kettle and coffee etc and could make morning coffee in the room. There was a kitchen where I could heat up or make some dinner. Overall the very satisfied with the property.

The bed were a bit soft for my taste, but I believe it's the case for the whole country, but they were comfy though.

The location was amazing, well connected with several buses , an amazing view of the bridge and easy access for cable car. The kitchen is well equipped, and the owners were kind and responsive. If I come back to tromso again, I would definitely book it! I can't recommend it enough!

No slippers were provided. For me as a solo traveler, I would prefer a larger blanket instead of two single ones.

The location is great, offering a view of the entire city and being close to the cable car. The room is very quiet, allowing me to rest well. The owner is very kind, providing me with helpful information for a worry-free check-in and allowing me to store my luggage temporarily.

The room was not cleaned during our stay (4 nights).

This hotel is in a nice quiet location with easy to access the city centre either on foot (20 minutes) or by bus (less than 5 minutes). It's comfortable and there is a shared kitchen so you can self-cater and not spend as much (Norway is expensive!!).

It is more like a B&B compared to a hotel because there is no reception and no daily room cleaning.

Excellent equipment in the room. Warm and comfortable bed! The location is nice as well, just 5minute to the bus stop to get the bus to the city center. I love the furnished style.

It was terribly slippery and I had difficulty walking back up the slightly sloping road one evening. Definitely pack spikes in the winter. The pillow was way too soft for my taste.

Very well located, just 4 minutes from the Arctic Church and three bus stops with wonderful views of Tromsø. The communication was very good and accommodating. My small single room was cosy and I loved the bed and duvet (not the pillow though 😅). A cute little hotel that will definitely be a little gem once construction is finished. Self-check-in worked very well, but staff on site would be nice, especially if you have questions or if you would like to leave your luggage there after checking out. All in all, it was a lovely stay here.

I stayed there for two nights. The location was great as the city centre is just across the bridge and bus stops and supermarket are close. The room itself was nicely furnished and clean, bed was soft and comfortable too. There were heated floors in the bathroom, which was great to warm up after a long day in the snow. There was some construction done in the main area, but the room was still very quite and I slept like a princess. If I come back to Tromsø I will very likely stay there again.

Small room, not the same as shown in the pictures as we booked. Window is towards the other wall. No staff and service. The cleaning lady cleaned the toilet before cleaning the basin and the bath, with the same cloth….30 mins walk from the hotel to the city center.

Since it’s not in the city center it might be difficult to get there after a northern lights tour.

Great place, perfect mix of hotel and hostel because of the shared kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures. Close to the city center. Staff was always available to respond and really nice :). The owner is really friendly.

The only negative I would have is there is no shelves in the bathroom.

Lovely clean and comfortable place. Easy to get to from the airport and a bonus that it wasn’t in the town centre. It’s on a quiet residential street but with easy access to the centre, either by bus or walking over the bridge. There is use of the kitchen which is great as Norway is expensive to eat out. Quick response from hosts if you have any questions. The bed was very comfortable which is a huge plus for me.

Depending on your activity level, it is about a 30 minute walk over the bridge to the busier side of Tromso.

The check in process was explained very clearly by email. You do not see anyone when you check in or out, you do it all yourself.
