I am staying at the ground floor this time, and the balcony is very close to the public area. I would prefer rooms on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor instead.

Only downside is that it was difficult to arrive on Saturday afternoon since the shops and bakery are closed Sunday morning.

Struggled initially to find the correct apartment and parking lot. Turns out we missed a sign indicating the reception due to heavy traffic when we arrived.

Exceptional location and high standards apartment. Staying here gave us peace in our souls.

It was a high spec but basic apartment. The bedroom was very small with only a black out blind, no privacy shade, there is no reading light only a main ceiling light and nowhere to hang/ unpack clothes. No towel rails so towels don't dry. No knife for cutting vege etc in the kitchen. No kitchen supplies eg salt, pepper, oil, no frying pan. No coffee filters. No information about recycling. Can hear noise from upstairs and outside.

The views are amazing, second to none! The apartment is a really good standard of build but the amenities are very basic/ limited.

There was nowhere to hang wet towels. The dishwasher would only partially open due to the kickboard. Tiny things but when you are paying a lot for the rooms you expect little details to be sorted out.

There was a great washing machine with detergent available. When traveling around with children, this is a great plus! But there was no rack or anything to hang your washed clothing to dry… Also a great kitchen, but without a refrigerator…(only one for bottles of wine) If these two things could be added to the appartement it would be perfect!

It's a bit small for 5 people, unless 3 are small children. 2 need to sleep in a sofa bed in the lounge. There is no lift so if your apartment is on the first floor, you will need to carry your suitcases up the steps.

Very nice, small new modern apartment with a beautiful view on the fjord. The location is amazing and the view stunning.

A bit hard for 5 adults and 2 children to share one bathroom. The hot water was too easily used up for showers.

The view of the fjord was fantastic. The apartment location was very close to Flam activities. The drying rack was a added bonus after washing the clothes.

You can take the fjord line nearby, but we don't know that, and that cause we move to flam to take the ferry, waste two hour lazy time

Not much but do note that it isn’t like a hotel with a manned reception. We didn’t mind that but others may.

Amazing location and view! Right next to a grocery store. Also nicely furnished with everything you need. The FjordSauna just opened up a location right next to there. And the fjord cruise stops right next to the hotel as well though I don’t believe you can buy those tickets online.

Rooms were very very small. Apartment was small and congested. Suitable for only a couple. Very congested if kids stay together.
