Uncomplicated check in with a code. The room is very comfortable and you have everything you need. There is a cozy sitting area on the ground floor and I can recommend the WH Cafe - especially the kanelboller 😁 I didn't use it this time but there is also a parking area right next to the hotel! I have stayed here many times before and will definitely come back again.

Nothing, all expectstions were met. Location is a bit off from Centre but close to public transportation. So it depends on various needs i guess.

Staff in the cafeteria wasn't really the most service minded, but maybe I was just unlucky.

Superclean, easy self check in via a code from email, close to the trainstation. They have a small cafeteria in the lobby area with simple food and drinks and also free delivery service from food orders online.

Information about the parking area could be better, used some time to find there. I also pay a 24 hours parking ticked late evening arriving time around 21.00, but get a massage to remove the car next day in the afternoon, less than 24 hours.

The time of year made it difficult to get the food we like for breakfast and lunch so that was a bit frustrating. The WH Cafe had some options but they were quite limited.

Wilhelmsen House was a really relaxing and comfortable place to stay. It is right near the train station which is really convenient and it is a 5 minute walk to shopping centres etc. It was a great place for us and our son.

Room was a bit small, but ok for just one night. First I parked at the hospitals parking, but later found out that it was forbidden, so I parked in the hotel's paid parking.

Nice and clean room, vending machines for buying drinks, candy and food that could be heated up in a nearby microwave. Check in was nice and done all autonomously.

Only thing that I was a little disappointed with was there was no kettle, cups, glasses in our room. Its nice having faciliities just to make a cup of tea / coffee in your own room but there was no facilities for this. Also just maybe having some glasses etc so that if we buy drink for our room we had something to drink from. Also the fact there isn't staff available at evening times etc so that if questions like these arise you have someone to ask but this is only an observance rather than complaint! There was nothing in the information saying there would be any of these facilities so I should not assume.

We loved our stay the accomodation was lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable, the food available in the shop area was very fresh and lovely. The smoothies were excellent and the sandwiches very fresh. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were staying to attend a football tournament our son was part of and one member of staff was lovely giving us advice on bus times and availability etc. All staff we saw during our stay were lovely. The outside area is lovely also, with the wonderful warm weather we had I could have sat in the garden area all day!! Very relaxing with soft music playing.

Small bathroom but ok. Little glitch in their system and double booking of my room which led to someone coming in to my room when I was sleeping. The whole thing got resolved. Nevertheless I couldn’t sleep well the rest of the night

No control over the heating in the room, it was way too hot. Windows did open, but then there was a lot of noise from the road. There was no kettle so couldn't make a cup of tea/coffee. Only 1 hook to hang/dry your towel which was placed too low for the long shower towels. The info on Booking.com said there is a cafe in the building that would serve breakfast and you could book this on arrival - was not possible to book together with the room. When we arrived, we found out that the cafe was closed so no options for breakfast. We would have chosen a different hotel if we had known this.

Fine that this is selg check-in, but not possible to get in touch with anyone. Not sure the thermostat was working, it was too warm despite there being a snow storm. No coffee in the room, in the vending machine (though there was tea) or anywhere.

Couldn't get the TV to work but then I didn't particularly want to watch it anyway. For the rest I could find nothing to fault at all. Excellent all round!

Breakfast in the cafeteria was more than adequate and very reasonably priced. The lounge area was a comfortable, quiet and restful area where you could relax. My room (standard) was not too big but extremely quiet from internal and external noise; bathroom small but functional and all very clean. The hotel is very well situated being a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station, shops and hospital across the road. Bus stops right outside the front door of WH. All perfect for me and none of that ghastly piped music that pervades most public spaces these days! If you need something lively look elsewhere ....
