We got the superior room on the 5th floor but could not see the city view because there is a big wall entire the floor covering all the views we're supposed to see.

Great location, it is by the train station. Easy to walk to the center. Very nice staff. Very good breakfast.

The heating in the room could be set only to a maximum of about 23 degrees C, which was not enough, especially for a cold, rainy day as we had. Breakfast does not have any other coffee than filter coffee included and when I asked if they serve cappucino, besides waiting for more than 10 minutes until someone brought it, no one informed me that there will be an extra cost for it, nor I've seen any signs about extras for breakfast.

Aircon not cold enough to cool room down enough to sleep comfortably. Hand held shower would have been useful. Lethal metal shelf in room at thigh bruising height. Room needs to be bigger or shelf smaller. Of the two lifts, one out of use and the other was very slow for a modern building.

Location, price, breakfast, free tea/coffee, comfortable beds. Attractive decor apart from unpainted ceilings!

The overall is nice but it's quite hard to open two big luggages in the room because there's not much space. However it's not bad generally speaking. I would still recommend.

Very close to the train station for Norway in a nutshell. A lot of choices for breakfast - we missed on the first morning because it stops at 10am :( They offer hot tea (Very nice when it's rainy outside and cold) The hotel interior design was nice! We managed to check in earlier (around 2pm).

Only Norwegian TV channels were available, no international or sport ones The breakfast offered a nice selection, although it was a bit weak for what concerns the sweet side of it (no croissants or cakes, only pancakes available - delicious by the way) There was no room-cleaning in place for our two-night stay

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, close to the tram line and about 7 min walking to the bus station and 10 to the city centre of Bergen Breakfast started at 6:30 which gives you plenty of time to start your day early to explore Bergen and surrounding area The hotel offers a cosy siting area and a convenient restaurant is available at ground floor Price was very attractive when compared to Norwegian prices

Actually, it was more Booking.come’s fault than the hotel. They somehow gave false info and as we were looking for 4 star hotel, they gave us this hotel. Nevertheless, we were not satisfied, but in general they were great. Specially, when they accepted disturbance of noise and gave us a discount.

1 of the lifts was out of service during our stay. Hence, we have to wait quite a while for the lift during peak hour.

Breakfast was fantastic, with many choices. However, they served the same breakfast everyday. Hence, if U are staying for more than 3 days, U might get bored with their breakfast. The hotel location is perfect. Very convenient for a luggage traveller from Bergen airport to Nonneseter train station. The hotel is 3 minutes walking distance from Nonneseter train station.

- The hotel signage is very small and the building looks similar to other commercial buildings in the area so it was difficult to identify. A local passerby assisted us when he could see we were perplexed as Google Maps was telling us we had arrived.

- We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the Bergen train station and it didn’t disappoint, literally a couple of minutes walk. - Our double room was spacious and quiet with plenty of natural light. Bed was comfortable. - Bathroom and shower were good. - Buffet breakfast was included in our room rate. The quality and selection were good. - Walking distance to waterfront area, shops and restaurants. - We were sailing on Havila and realistically a taxi is needed to get to and from their cruise terminal. There is a taxi stand outside the train station and a few metres from the hotel.

Small detail but the TV wasn't properly mounted on the wall, with cables jutting out and visible that looked messy.

Good location right next to central train station. Room was clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was included with sufficient choice, great bonus.
